First, pay attention to study and propaganda, and do a good job in implementation. There are new instructions for the service management of veteran cadres.

First, attach great importance to it. To study, publicize and implement the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Work of Retired Cadres (No.3 [2PC] of the Central Office) as the current primary task. 3. In accordance with the principles of being conducive to education management, playing a role and participating in activities, we will actively explore the establishment of grass-roots party organizations or temporary party organizations in hobby groups in the concentrated residences and activities of retired cadres, and further strengthen the construction of party organizations of old-age associations with retired cadres as the main body. At present, the county has set up 39 party branches of veteran cadres, basically achieving full coverage of veteran cadres in party member.

First, consolidate the achievements of the "three mechanisms", further strengthen the system construction, especially the system provisions on medical security for retired cadres, coordinate relevant departments, conscientiously do a good job in the classification and verification of retired cadres, provide timely disbursement basis, ensure that the living allowance for retired cadres is reissued on time, and ensure that the medical expenses of retired cadres are reimbursed in time according to the policy. Second, basic medical insurance has been provided for two survivors of retired cadres who have no work units and no fixed income. The old cadre activity center in our county is seriously short of the original activity venue, which restricts the development of old cadre activities. In order to provide a good place for veteran cadres, the leaders of the county party committee and government attached great importance to the construction of the activity center for new and old cadres, which was officially launched in 2xx. After two years of construction, at present, the main project, decoration project and ancillary projects (including greening) have been fully completed and officially put into use in July 2xx. The activity center for new and old cadres is a garden-style activity place integrating learning, entertainment, fitness and leisure, with complete functions and rich contents, which basically meets the spiritual and cultural needs of retired cadres. On June 16th, Chen Ming, deputy director of the Bureau of Retired Veteran Cadres of the Provincial Party Committee, and his party visited the new activity center.

5. Create a profound atmosphere, innovate platform carriers, and make new achievements in adding positive energy to veteran cadres

In the past six months, combined with the actual work of retired cadres in our county, we have held research conferences in time, and seriously organized investigations and studies on topics such as "strengthening the education and guidance of retired cadres", "giving full play to their unique advantages", "doing a good job in service guarantee for retired cadres", "improving the working system and mechanism of retired cadres" and "Party building work for retired cadres in communities".
