What is bubble lettering and how to make it

Foam characters are characters carved out of foam board material. The general method of foam lettering is to first use an organic sheet of 1 mm to 3 mm to form it, then use foam glue to stick it on a foam board of required thickness, and then press the open organic sheet on a sawing machine to form it.

Classification of foam words:

1. According to thickness, it can generally be divided into: 2 cm foam, 3 cm foam, and 5 cm foam.

2. According to density, it can be divided into two types: high foam and low foam.
