(4) Violation of lighting usage regulations.

(5) Driving motorcycles in parallel racing in the same lane.

(7) Local drivers drive military and armed police vehicles.

(8) Other behaviors that hinder safe driving. Article 22 When driving a non-motorized vehicle, the following behaviors are not allowed:

(1) Stopping and chatting on the roadway.

(2) Learn to ride bicycles and tricycles on the road.

(3) Climbing and supporting motor vehicles.

(4) Other behaviors that hinder traffic safety. Chapter 4 Vehicle Loading Article 23 When a motor vehicle is loaded with dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, radioactive, corrosive and highly toxic, it shall comply with the following regulations:

(2) Driven by a driver who has been driving safely for more than three years or more than 50,000 kilometers.
