According to Aiqi's inquiry, China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise, which used to be China Wuhuan Chemical Engineering Corporation and China Wuhuan Chemical Engineering Company.

China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd., formerly the Fourth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, was founded in 1958. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chemical Engineering Corporation directly managed by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and a key scientific and technological enterprise in the chemical industry. Now it belongs to the design department of China Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and Wuhuan Project is an international engineering company with the whole process contracting and management functions of engineering construction projects. The company has a comprehensive first-class qualification of engineering design and a number of first-class qualifications such as engineering consultation, engineering supervision, engineering cost consultation and environmental impact assessment of construction projects, and enjoys the rights of foreign engineering consultation, engineering design and engineering contract management. It is the first engineering company to obtain the national AAA credit enterprise qualification.
