If there is any damage or loss, a report should be filled in; Without approval, drugs, equipment and strains shall not be lent or transferred, and shall not be taken out without permission. Strictly implement the "strain preservation system".

Smoking, eating, receiving visitors and making noise are forbidden in the laboratory. Personal belongings are not allowed to be brought into the laboratory. Before leaving the laboratory, check the water, electricity, heating, doors and windows carefully. 6. The person in charge of each department should supervise the strict implementation of this system and give rewards and punishments according to the situation. If there is any problem, report it immediately, and cause accidents such as pathogen transmission, legal responsibility shall be investigated according to the circumstances.

Second, the equipment management and use system

1. The food microbiology laboratory should have the following instruments: incubator, pressure cooker, ordinary refrigerator, low-temperature refrigerator, anaerobic culture equipment, microscope, centrifuge, ultra-clean table, oscillator, ordinary balance, thousandth balance, oven, freeze-drying equipment, homogenizer, constant temperature water bath box, colony counter, biochemical incubator, potentiometer and high-speed centrifuge.

2. The instruments and containers used in the laboratory should meet the requirements of standards to ensure accuracy and reliability. All measuring instruments can only be used after being verified by the measurement department.

3. The laboratory instruments should be placed reasonably, and the valuable instruments should be kept by special personnel. The instrument files should be established, and the operation methods, maintenance, instructions and use registration books should be compiled, and they should be maintained, maintained and checked regularly. Precision instruments shall not be moved at will. If any damage needs to be repaired, it shall not be dismantled without permission, and the management personnel shall be reported in writing. With the consent of the department head, fill in the maintenance application and send it to the instrument maintenance department.

Three. Drug management and use system

1. According to the testing task of our laboratory, make the purchasing plan of various pharmaceutical reagents, and write down the product name, unit, quantity, purity, packaging specifications, factory date, etc. After collection, an account will be established and managed by a special person. A consumption table will be made every six months and the remaining drugs will be counted.

2. The pharmaceutical reagents shall be displayed in an orderly manner, protected from light and moisture, ventilated and dry, with complete bottle labels. Toxic drugs are locked and stored, and flammable, volatile and corrosive varieties are stored separately.

3. To get the pharmaceutical reagent, please fill in the application form and sign it by the user and the person in charge of the room. No one has the right to lend or feed pharmaceutical reagents without permission. The person in charge of the department needs to sign when borrowing outside the department, room or unit.

4. Weighing pharmaceutical reagents should be carried out in accordance with the operating specifications, covered with a back cover, sealed or wrapped with black paper when necessary, and expired or deteriorated drugs should not be used.

Four, glassware management and use system

1. According to the requirements of testing items, declare the purchasing plan of glass instruments, and specify the specifications, origin, quantity and requirements in detail. Hard neutral glass instruments shall be qualified by metrological verification.

2. Establish an account for large containers, check it once a year, and fill in the loss registration form at any time after the containers of low-value consumables are damaged.

3. Glassware should be cleaned before use, soaked in cleaning solution or 2% dilute hydrochloric acid solution for 24 h, and then rinsed with clear water for later use.
