In recent years, Xunyang County has attached great importance to employment and listed it in the government's key livelihood projects. The employment training plan for 2006-20 10 and the five-year plan for entrepreneurship for all have been issued successively. By vigorously building and standardizing the street community employment platform, encouraging the combination of policy employment with market-regulated employment and self-employment, and implementing various preferential policies for employment and re-employment, the "four in place" has ensured that the policy implementation remains unchanged.

First, the employment policy propaganda is in place. We will actively publicize the Employment Promotion Law and various preferential policies for re-employment in an all-round and multi-level way by means of television, newspapers, internet and other media, mobile propaganda vehicles and writing slogans and banners, so that the policies are well-known and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Second, the employment service system is in place. Xunyang Town and some communities have set up employment service stations, equipped with basic office equipment, strengthened information construction, realized the sharing of network resources, sent labor security assistants to some communities, adhered to the normal commuting system from Monday to Friday, and established and improved the three-level employment service network system at county and village (community). Third, the personnel mapping account is registered in place. Every year, go deep into the township community to conduct a comprehensive registration of employment groups, establish a personal basic account, implement dynamic management, and update and adjust regularly. Fourth, preferential policies have been put in place. By strengthening skills training and entrepreneurship training, implementing social insurance subsidies, providing small secured loans, and developing public welfare posts, the county has provided employment information to employment groups with employment difficulties, laid-off workers, "4050" personnel, "zero-employment" families, college graduates, retired soldiers and other employment groups through multiple channels, which has promoted flexible employment of all kinds of personnel in the county. According to statistics, in the past two years, Xunyang County has organized more than 2,000 people to carry out skills training and entrepreneurship training, developed more than 200 public welfare jobs, and issued small secured loans of more than 3 million yuan, helping more than 1000 people to successfully start businesses and driving more than1000 people to achieve employment.
