Citizens of the City:

In order to do our best to prevent and control the new type of pneumonia in our city, effectively control the risk of infection caused by the movement of people, and ensure the safety and health of the people. After research and decision by the Municipal Prevention and Control Headquarters, the traffic control notice on urban roads is now as follows:

1. Implement traffic control on urban road sections

2. Opening up a “green channel” for prevention and control road management

Scope of vehicles:

1. Vehicles for epidemic prevention and control work;

Vehicles transporting medical relief supplies, donated supplies, and the most basic living supplies for the masses, ensuring the operation of water, electricity, oil, gas and other related supplies in the city, producing urgently needed supplies, and Wuhan’s “Vulcan Mountain” and “Thunder Mountain” hospitals Construction project construction and other related vehicles. Vehicles transporting live poultry and wild animals are not covered by the green channel;

3. Emergency rescue, military and police duty, medical rescue and funeral service vehicles;

4. Spray signs official vehicles and administrative law enforcement vehicles.

3. Release Approval

For vehicles that meet the scope of the "green channel", the unit or individual to which the vehicle belongs must provide a valid certificate to the service hall of the Yicheng New Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters Temporary passes will be reviewed and issued, and they will be released after passing temperature measurement, registration, and review at the control checkpoint.

All passing vehicles must strictly follow travel routes, stopping places, and time requirements. One vehicle has one pass at a time and cannot be lent to others. The pass will be automatically revoked after the operation.
