In the new traffic regulations, the scores are mainly optimized and adjusted. Mainly under the premise of maintaining the management of traffic violations that seriously hinder traffic safety, such as drunk driving, escaping after casualties caused by traffic accidents, using forged or altered number plates, the scores of some traffic violations have been reduced, and the scores of traffic violations such as driving motor vehicles without placing inspection marks and insurance marks as required have been deleted.

In the revision rules of the new traffic regulations, some unreasonable or incomplete problems that often appeared in the past were revised more strictly. In addition, the most important thing is to reduce the penalty requirements, and the penalty rules are adjusted from the original 12, 6, 3, 2 and 1 to 12, 9, 6, 3 and 1. In the new traffic regulations, 9 points were added and 2 points were deleted. 12 point:

(4) driving a truck with a load exceeding 50% of the maximum allowable total mass;

(five) driving a motor vehicle to carry explosives, inflammable and explosive chemicals, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods, not according to the prescribed time, route and speed, or not hanging warning signs and taking necessary measures;

⑥ Driving a motor vehicle with out-of-gauge and indecomposable articles, not driving at the specified time, video and speed, or not hanging warning signs;

⑦ Driving or transporting articles to transport dangerous chemicals and entering the restricted area of dangerous chemicals transport vehicles without approval;

8. Driving a motor vehicle without following the traffic lights;
