1. Recruitment positions and number of people

(1) Combatants on duty (8 people)

Engaged in front-line fire-fighting and rescue work, they need to be responsible for combat readiness tasks.

(2) Fire truck driver (2 people)

Engaged in front-line duty fire truck driving and other work, need to be responsible for duty and combat readiness tasks.

2. Registration qualifications

(1) Registration requirements

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral sentiments, psychological quality, strong sense of discipline, and be able to keep work secrets;

(3) Voluntarily engage in Fire fighting and rescue work, with the spirit of loyalty, dedication, hard work;

(4) Male, with junior high school education or above;

(5) Physical fitness, physical and mental health, in line with "Firefighter Occupational Health Standards" (GBZ 221-2009) physical examination standards;

(6) Recruitment targets for combat positions should be between 18 and 35 years old, retired military personnel, and national comprehensive fire rescue teams The age of those who quit can be relaxed appropriately; candidates for the duty vehicle driver position should be between 18 and 35 years old, and must hold a B2 or above driving license, have more than 2 years of driving experience, and have proficient driving skills. If they have more than 5 years of driving experience, The age limit may be relaxed for those with experience in coaching large vehicles;

(7) Under the same conditions, priority will be given to college graduates or above, retired officers and soldiers of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force, retired commanders and fighters of the national comprehensive fire rescue team, and local governments , Qualified personnel in the enterprise’s full-time firefighting team.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(1) Those who have received criminal penalties or public security management penalties;

(2) Have a relatively serious personal bad credit record;

(3) Have been punished by the party (league) or political discipline;

(4) Have worked in the city’s fire rescue team and have been punished Fired or dismissed;

(5) Immediate family members or close relatives are sentenced to a penalty, and I, my family members, close relatives, direct blood relatives, or collateral blood relatives who have a significant influence on me are put on file for review or sentenced to a fixed term. Those who are serving a sentence of imprisonment or above; those whose direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a significant influence on the person have been sentenced to crimes endangering national security;

(6) The physical examination standards refer to the "Firefighter Occupational Health Standards". Those who are qualified will not be hired;

(7) Have other circumstances that make them unsuitable for firefighting work.

3. Recruitment procedures

The specific recruitment procedures are as follows: acceptance of registration → qualification review → physical test → theoretical knowledge test → interview → physical examination → public announcement → internship → employment and other procedures.

Working time and location:

After passing the pre-job training and assessment, combatants (drivers) will be uniformly assigned by the Tongshan County Fire Brigade to Zhengjiaping Fire Rescue Station or Tangjiadi for duty stand.

Combatants on duty (fire truck drivers) implement a work-rest system of 5 days of work and 2 days of rest. A 24-hour duty system is implemented during work. Personnel who do not have the conditions to live in the county can also take a work-break system every day of work. Enjoy an 8-day continuous vacation once a month.

If there are special tasks, additional time off will be arranged.

Salary:

1. New recruits have a two-month internship period with a salary of 2,000 yuan. After the internship period, a contract will be signed. The positions are assessed at corresponding levels, corresponding to the salary levels, which increase step by step. The monthly salary of combatants on duty is 3,400 yuan (including five insurances and one fund), and that of fire truck drivers is about 3,550 yuan (including five insurances and one fund).

2. Annual bonus wages will be paid at the end of each year based on the evaluation;

3. Personnel who have obtained national professional qualification certificates related to fire rescue work will be paid 200-1,200 per month according to their grades. RMB yuan position allowance for special talents;

4. Those who hold management positions such as deputy squad leader, squad leader, station manager assistant, deputy station manager, station manager, etc. will receive a monthly job salary of 200-1,300 yuan.

1. After one year of employment, you can participate in the competition for the Tangjia District Government’s full-time fire rescue station establishment position;
