In order to avoid the spread of the epidemic, effectively eliminate potential risks and effectively protect the health and safety of the general public, after comprehensive evaluation, it was decided to adjust the temporary social control measures in some areas from 6: 00 on June 6, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Temporary social control measures in Anjiawan Village, Xiaodao Village, Jialing Street, Dongba Street, Hexi Street, Nanhe Street, Xuefeng Street and Xiaxi District of Guangyuan Economic Development Zone:

Implement control measures such as "in principle, stay at home, and each household can arrange 1 person to go out to buy living materials with negative proof of 24-hour nucleic acid test, and the time of going out should be controlled within 1 hour"; Personnel who undertake the important work of urban basic operation guarantee, medical security, epidemic prevention and control, etc., enter and leave the community with work permit and negative proof of 24-hour nucleic acid test.

Except for special vehicles that perform emergency tasks such as ambulance, fire fighting, public security and emergency rescue, other vehicles engaged in ensuring supply, people's livelihood, epidemic prevention and emergency transportation are allowed to pass, and other vehicles are prohibited from passing on the road.

Except for life supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh express delivery, e-commerce distribution and catering enterprises, other business premises and stores are closed. All kinds of meetings, forums, trainings, performances, competitions, exhibitions, square dances and other party activities are suspended. All kinds of entertainment places, public cultural and sports places, scenic spots and religious places are closed. All kinds of schools, nursing homes and children's welfare institutions implement closed management.

Suspension of individual clinics, individual clinics, suspension of daily clinics and health checkups, and retention of emergency and fever clinics, childbirth, hemodialysis, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, surgery and other emergency and critical care departments. Patients with red and yellow codes shall go to designated hospitals in their respective jurisdictions for treatment as required. Personnel from Shangxi Street and Wanyuan Street in Lizhou District of Guangyuan City can flow within the jurisdiction of this street, and may not flow across the street; People in Wang Jiaying Community of Xiaxiba Street in Guangyuan Economic Development Zone can move within the community, but not across the community. Public places of entertainment and leisure, places where people gather and operate, and places for public cultural activities are closed. Other commercial industries can operate normally under the conditions of strict implementation of wearing masks, spacing 1 m and "scanning and inspection". Catering service units do not provide in-store meals, and advocate self-help and take-out ordering.
