According to Fei Weiguang's Clinical Introduction to Classical Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper collates and counts 17 prescriptions for gastrointestinal diseases in this book. Among them, there were 4 cases of epigastric pain, 6 cases of diarrhea and 7 cases of abdominal pain, which covered common gastrointestinal diseases, and the medical records and experiences were relatively simple and worth pondering.

First of all, four prescriptions for stomachache.

1, ginseng chicken soup is also called Lizhong decoction (pill).

Prescription: Radix Codonopsis, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma, and Glycyrrhrizae Radix.

Symptoms: cold stomach.

This prescription is my first favorite and used in clinic, and it will become my special prescription for treating stomach cold in the future. The so-called cold gastritis, referred to as stomach cold.

What is stomach cold? Anyone who dares not to drink cold drinks or eat cold food, so as not to eat fruits or cold dishes, belongs to stomach cold. Take this to recover. Mild symptoms can be cured with three doses. Severe cases can be cured with about 30 doses, and general symptoms can be cured with about 6 doses.

2. Banxia Xiexin Decoction

Prescription: Pinellia ternata, Radix Codonopsis, Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae Radix and Jujube (cut).

Symptoms: there is a feeling of blockage under the heart after meals, and food stays in the stomach, making it difficult to run down.

This prescription treats heat gastritis, that is, stomach heat, and dares to drink cold food, as opposed to ginseng chicken soup. Stomach cold is easy to cure, and at least three doses can cure it. Stomach heat is difficult to treat, and at least ten doses will be effective.

3. Ginger Xiexin Decoction

Recipe: Ginger, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Pinellia ternata, Coptidis Rhizoma and Jujube (cut).

Symptoms: anorexia, overeating.

Yu's daughter-in-law, director of education, is 30 years old and has suffered from typhoid fever for a long time. The rest were diagnosed, and Xiaochaihu decoction did not take 10 dose and all the symptoms were cured. Back at home, the mother was very happy to hear that her daughter had recovered. Instead of cooking meals that patients like. Because of the patient's long-term poor appetite, the appetite increased greatly after recovery, and the prodrugs recurred, such as fullness in the chest, chest and hypochondrium, inability to eat, nausea and so on. Xiaochaihu decoction is ineffective after diagnosis. It took a lot of effort to cure it later.

4. Chaihu Guizhi Decoction plus oyster fennel

Recipe: Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Scutellariae Radix, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Fructus Jujubae (sliced), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Concha Ostreae, and Fructus Foeniculi.

Symptoms: Abdominal pain.

According to the symptoms, I used 20 doses of medicine to treat this disease. Using this prescription to treat stomachache has no effect. According to Chaihu Guizhi Decoction, stomachache was originally treated. After adding oysters and fennel, it can be used in all aspects, whether it is hot or cold. Generally, it can be cured by taking 10 dose. The original prescription is a prescription for treating the symptoms of cold (typhoid fever) in the first stage (sun disease), but it has the symptoms of shaoyang disease in the second stage.

Second, diarrhea six parties

1, Gegen Qin Huang Huanglian Decoction

Prescription: Radix Puerariae, Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Glycyrrhrizae Radix.

Symptoms: fever and diarrhea.

The so-called febrile diarrhea mostly occurs with superficial heat and foul stool, mostly acute diarrhea, so it is appropriate to use this recipe.

Diarrhea in children, with green stool, is also fever diarrhea, so we should use Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction. The so-called cold diarrhea is both acute and chronic, and the stool is tasteless. The so-called vomiting and diarrhea without fever, that is, no fever is mostly cold diarrhea, which mostly appears in the weak middle-aged and elderly people and children. Ginseng soup and Hongshizhiliang Decoction can be used for treatment.

2. Qin Huang soup

Prescription: Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Fructus Jujubae (cut).

Symptoms: red and white dysentery.

Every time you encounter red and white dysentery, no matter how serious it is (consciously urging defecation), it is considered a serious illness. It must be sent to the hospital, pass the examination and test, and then take an injection to take medicine, which will consume a lot of money. I don't know, our ancestors have already prepared such a Little Square for us, waiting for us to enjoy success. Generally, it can be cured in three doses.

3. Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction

Prescription: rhubarb, licorice and mirabilite.

Symptoms: diarrhea in children, loose stool (hot diarrhea), dry and thin loose stool in adults or the elderly, specializing in oral ulcer, bad breath and constipation in ordinary people.

Generally speaking, oral ulcer is not a refractory disease of traditional Chinese and western medicine, but there are some methods that can not be cured by exhaustion. This prescription will be fine after ten doses. The author's teacher is over 80 years old and suffers from constipation. Take three doses of this prescription and it will be normal.

After many days, I was still constipated. If I take this prescription again, the effect will be the same as before. This often happens in the future. Her husband, Mr. Liang Lao, is also over 90 years old and still constipated. Eating this recipe is invalid, and giving Dachengqi decoction is also invalid. It is extremely effective for children's diarrhea and green stool.

4, red stone fertilizer in Yu Liang soup.

Prescription: Halloysitum rubrum, rest. * * * Yes.

Symptoms: sliding and diarrhea

Decocting method: add 400 ml of water to the powder, boil it, then fry it for about 10 minutes, and remove the residue. Fry again in this way. When taking warm clothes, you can mix the liquid medicine with chopsticks and drink it while stirring. Because the supernatant of single drug solution is invalid. You can take it twice or once.

There is an old woman from Wang Xing in the backyard next door. She has been suffering from diarrhea for many years and can't be cured. If you see a doctor one day, you say that diarrhea is special. A few grains of rice or a small apple can cause diarrhea, which is inevitable at night. You should have diarrhea for at least 3-4 times, and then take 10 dose of Redstone Fertilizer Yu Yuliang Decoction to cure it, but it won't recur. The old woman spoke highly of this magical Chinese medicine.

5. Gancao Xiexin Decoction

Prescription: Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Codonopsis, and Dadong (cut).

Symptoms: swelling and hardness under the heart, disharmony between stomach and intestines and diarrhea.

Abdominal distension with hard heart and disharmony between stomach can also be called non-cold and non-heat diarrhea. Even common cold diarrhea or hot diarrhea can be treated with this prescription. "

6. Sini decoction

Prescription: aconite, dried ginger and licorice.

Symptoms: Vomiting and diarrhea.

In ancient times, limb cold was called limb syncope, hence the name Sini Decoction.

The symptoms treated by this prescription are: syncope, vomiting, diarrhea, general pain and so on.

On March 1998, Teacher Yang of our school took her white fat son Geng, who just turned 10 months, to the treatment. Teacher Yang said that my son vomited three times and defecated four times this morning, all with water. After diagnosis, the pulse is slightly low, the limbs are warm, and it is just vomiting and diarrhea. Try taking a dose of Sini decoction every two days and tell her it's an adult dose. I called at noon the next day and said: I didn't have vomiting or diarrhea today. My body temperature reached 39 degrees in the morning, and now it's 38.5 degrees. The author ordered him to call again at six o'clock, and the phone dropped by half a degree at six o'clock. He also said that he only took half the medicine. On the third morning, I called to tell you that my temperature dropped to 37 degrees. I think I'll recover after taking the rest of the medicine.

In this case, vomiting and diarrhea are the only causes, but four kinds of adverse reactions have not been found, and Sini decoction can be cured.

Third, seven prescriptions for abdominal pain

1, Xiaojianzhong decoction

Prescription: Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Fructus Jujubae (cut), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and maltose.

Symptoms: night sweats, spontaneous sweating, abdominal pain in children, frequent urination in children and abdominal pain.

Chinese medicine tells people to sleep, sweat and night sweats. People who sweat for no reason on weekdays (not because of activities or eating hot things) are called spontaneous sweating, also called exterior deficiency. Those who don't sweat for no reason on weekdays are called non-spontaneous sweating, which is also called duplicity. Children's night sweats and spontaneous sweating should be regarded as a disease, mostly calcium deficiency. This prescription can also treat recurrent abdominal pain in children. The author used this prescription to treat many children crying at night and many children suffering from calcium deficiency and spontaneous sweating.

The author's own abdominal pain is also effective.

2, small heavy chest soup

Prescription: Pinellia ternata, Fructus Trichosanthis and Rhizoma Coptidis.

Symptoms: chest pain.

The author used this prescription to treat chest pain in the early stage. I don't remember the clinical record of this prescription, but I remember coughing chest pain. This prescription must be used in cough medicine. Today, the wife of a friend named Liang suffered from chest pain. The hospital could not diagnose the disease, so the author asked for treatment. It is said that you can feel a lump the size of a jujube slice under your chest. It hurts if you press it, but it doesn't hurt if you don't press it. If the weather is bad and there is slight pain, radiate around.

After the diagnosis, the author made a prescription according to the concept of knot chest, and took 6 doses with Xiaoxinxiong decoction. He also said that if it is effective, you can take it until you are cured, and then take 10 dose. The pain has stopped and has not spread around, but the lump is still there.

The author told her that if she could take another 20 doses, the lump would melt.

3, Xiao Banxia plus Fuling soup, the real name is Xiao Banxia soup.

Recipe: Pinellia, Poria, Ginger.

Symptoms: Vomiting, vomiting during pregnancy

The second daughter of Mr. Yang Xueyan, a world official who camped in Zhongjie, vomited very badly during pregnancy after marriage, so she came to the author for treatment. After the diagnosis, take two or three doses of Xiao Banxia Fuling Decoction, and the vomiting will be greatly reduced until it is cured. The whole family lamented these magical prescriptions. This prescription can not only treat vomiting during pregnancy, but also treat general vomiting, and it also has magical effects. After that, many people were cured.

4. Fuzi japonica rice soup

Prescription: Pinellia ternata, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Glycyrrhrizae Radix, Fructus Jujubae (sliced) and japonica rice.

Symptoms: cold abdominal pain.

Abdominal pain is extremely complicated. The so-called cold abdominal pain, that is, people who feel cold and have severe pain. Abdominal pain in women is mostly related to menstruation. If it doesn't matter, you can use this prescription to treat it.

In 1970s, this prescription was used to treat severe abdominal pain of a young woman named Wei. Recently, my friend's wife, 65 years old, has abdominal pain. I said that this abdominal pain was different from peacetime, and I felt that my chest and abdomen could not communicate. If I take a sip of water, it will accumulate in the upper part, my chest will be full and unbearable, and I have no requirement for defecation. Give Fuzi japonica rice soup and take 2 doses to recover.

5. Dajianzhong Decoction

Prescription: Zanthoxylum bungeanum, dried ginger, codonopsis pilosula, maltose or syrup.

Symptoms: cold or cold pain in the abdomen.

All cases of acute abdomen, such as intussusception and volvulus, are in a hurry to go to the hospital, so they have never encountered this disease for twenty or thirty years. In department of mechanical engineering, our school, there is a young female teacher named Lu. Frankly speaking, she just sleeps until her navel. No abdominal pain, no vomiting. The author and Zhenwu decoction for dispelling cold. However, after taking the dose of 12, there is no effect.

I came to seek treatment again on May 26th, but my speech didn't improve. The author was very surprised. Try taking Dajianzhong Decoction, taking 6 doses. If you see improvement, you can take it until you are cured. Later, I was told that it would be fine to take 16 dose.

6. Magnolia officinalis, ginger, Pinellia tuber, licorice and ginseng soup.

Recipe: Magnolia Officinalis, Pinellia ternata, Codonopsis pilosula, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Ginger.

Symptoms: abdominal distension, flatulence and pain.

This prescription has special effect on abdominal distension.

When I use this prescription, I am afraid that it will lose its effect in treating abdominal distension, so I dare not decoct it with other prescriptions and take it differently. This reading of Japanese medical records is not the author's invention. In addition,1May 2, 987, a female middle school teacher surnamed Xu was introduced by a friend named Zhu.

The patient said: in recent days, the pain in the lower abdomen has not stopped. I have been to major hospitals in Jinan, but I can't find the cause of the pain and I can't do surgery. At the time of diagnosis, there was nothing unusual except a mass of gas in the lower abdomen. The author diagnosed with gas pain, and told Shen Chicken Soup that if you want to recover quickly, you can take 2 doses every day. Later, I was told that after eating for 3 days, the pain was gone. Within three days, she recovered after taking six doses of medicine.

7. Inula flower substitute ochre soup

Recipe: Inula (cloth), Ochre, Codonopsis pilosula, Pinellia ternata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., Jujube (cut) and ginger.

Symptoms: Breathing. It also treats phlegm and cough.

This prescription has a miraculous effect on treating simple qi stagnation.

The so-called breath means burping, snoring, burping and burping. This disease is diaphragm spasm. After inhaling quickly, the glottis suddenly closed and made a sound. In addition, breathing is also related to gastric cancer. If the symptoms of qi deficiency have not improved after taking more than six doses of Inula Japonica Thunb decoction, you should go to the hospital for examination. If we rule out gastric cancer, we should still eat this prescription.
