National Standard Specification for Machine-made Sand

Legal analysis: The Code for Design of Machine-made Sand Aggregate Factory is now approved as a national standard with the number of GB51186-2016, which has been implemented since April 6, 2007. Among them, Articles 4.2.2, 8.0.2 and 8.0.3 are mandatory and must be strictly implemented.

Third, quality management.

(1) The mechanism and quality of natural sand aggregate should meet the requirements of GB/T 14685 "Pebbles and Gravels for Building" and GB/T 14684 "Sand for Building" and other standards.

(II) Mechanism: The natural sand and gravel aggregate factory should establish a laboratory with sand and gravel aggregate quality inspection conditions, and be equipped with relevant testing instruments and equipment and full-time testers. Test instruments and equipment must be verified or calibrated to confirm that they meet the inspection requirements; Establish traceable original records, reports and ledgers for quality inspection of sand and gravel products.

(3) Factory inspection

Mechanism, natural sand and gravel should be tested according to the requirements of GB/T 14685 and GB/T 14684, and corresponding ex-factory inspection items can be added according to the negotiation requirements of the supplier and the supplier, and each batch of products should be sent with the goods. The factory inspection and type inspection items and batches of machine-made natural sand and gravel shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. Sand should be numbered and sampled according to classification, specification, category and daily output, and stone should be numbered and sampled according to classification, category, nominal particle size and daily output.

(4) Sand and gravel products should be stored in the warehouse in different grades, and all kinds of products should be transported, stacked and sold by classification, specification and classification to prevent artificial crushing, mixing and pollution.
