All these have strengthened my operation theory, solved some problems and made me have a more comprehensive understanding of the process. In February 2009, he was transferred to the bar winding machine as a maintenance worker, participated in the debugging and operation of water system equipment, and mastered the operation of some new equipment and the maintenance and repair of general equipment. Familiar with the use of various pumps, self-cleaning filters, mechanical filters and other equipment in the trial production process, and explore their performance. With the parameter standards of pressure, flow and temperature, it provides the greatest convenience for future maintenance. Later, due to the work arrangement, I was transferred to the bar line for a while, but I also had a basic understanding of the equipment there. I compared the difference between old equipment and new equipment in my mind, and learned what is from old to new. Then switch to the winding rod. I am going through three lines … from theory to practice, through my own thoughts and actions, through the combination of each other, my experience and theory are increasing day by day. I believe I will do better, improve my skills, provide technical services, better solve practical problems, provide solid rear conditions for first-line production, and lay a solid foundation for ensuring the stability of production.

Second, I have strong execution ability and enthusiasm for work. I try my best to finish the task assigned by the monitor with high quality, and I am not afraid of hardship and fatigue. I treat everything positively, and I treat every job enthusiastically with hard work and determination.
