2. Complete the preparations for online registration

(1) Create a list of recruiting colleges and universities in the Western Planning Information System. 3. Registration review

(3) Submit the form. The registration form must be signed by the counselor or the person in charge of the youth league committee of the college or department, and stamped by the party organization of the college (department) where it is located, and then submitted to the project office of the school before May 26.

(4) Review. After receiving the student's "Registration Form", the university project office will promptly review the authenticity of the information filled in the online registration. After the review, fill in the review opinions in the Western Planning Information System.

4. Selection of volunteers

(1) Selection criteria.

(2) Written test and interview. (3) Unified physical examination. (4) Announcement and admission of volunteers. In mid-June, the university project office released the list of admitted volunteers and posted it on the campus website for three days. If there are no objections, the list of volunteers will be submitted to the recruitment provincial project office. After the recruitment provincial project office reviews the list of volunteers admitted by the province, it will be reported to the national project office through the Western Planning Information System three days after it is published on the website of the Youth League and Provincial Committee, and the results will be fed back to the service provincial project office in a timely manner.

The project offices of each recruiting province, the project offices of universities, and the project offices of each service province should communicate closely during the selection process to ensure smooth flow of information.
