Daily maintenance and maintenance of basketball court in basketball competition venue

(1) Plastic basketball court is suitable for ordinary sports shoes, training shoes, rubber canvas shoes or soft rubber shoes. It is forbidden to wear high heels and spikes.

(2) All vehicles are prohibited from driving on the plastic basketball court, and severe mechanical impact and friction are avoided on the plastic basketball court;

(3) The edge of the plastic basketball court should be well protected and cannot be peeled off at will. If damage is found, it should be repaired in time. Without professional consultation, it is forbidden to rectify or repair the wooden floor;

(4) Avoid contact with organic solvents and chemicals;

(5) The plastic basketball court needs to be kept clean, and it can be scrubbed with 10% ammonia or detergent when it is stained with oil. It is forbidden to clean the floor with general household cleaning products or cleaning practices;

(6) Smoking and littering of cigarette butts, chewing gum or sugary drinks, peel crumbs and oil stains are prohibited. ;

(7) It is forbidden not to open the ventilation equipment in the gymnasium for a long time;

(8) It is forbidden to use hard brush or electric brush machine, and vigorously clean the wooden floor. Water is the biggest enemy of the floor. Do a good job in daily inspection of broken and loose plastic basketball courts. Manually or partially or completely clean the plastic basketball court with mop and tap water, remove rubbish, glass, leaves or sand, and pay attention to check the fastening and loosening equipment.

Basic steps:

(1) Manual cleaning with water pipe (brush);

(2) Mechanical cleaning with a hanging sweeper (choose the size as required);

(3) Use rakes or recognized chemicals to remove weeds, algae and moss;

(4) removing chewing gum by spraying ice;

Seasonal maintenance and repair:

Seasonal maintenance (including large-scale cleaning) should be held twice a year. It is recommended not to directly flush the whole plastic basketball court with water pipes. Instead, it is washed with high-pressure water, that is, a mop with high-pressure equipment is used for thorough cleaning. Don't use plastic chemicals casually on the plastic basketball court. Used to update drawn lines and signs when necessary. To clear the snow on the plastic basketball court, it is strongly recommended to sweep it with a broom.

The service life of plastic basketball court is determined by its quality, use and maintenance level. Generally speaking, the standard plastic basketball court needs to be renovated after 8 ~ 10 years of continuous use.

There should be different procedures for updating plastic basketball courts:

(1) Completely replace the worn plastic surface with new materials;

(2) update bad sites;

(3) Cover or seal with enough plastic material again;

(4) Cover the damaged area again.

(5) After the site maintenance is completed, it shall be re-marked. After the renovation of a certain part of the site is completed, it should be decided whether it is necessary to re-draw the line completely.
