When I read the chapter "One centimeter change", I thought these words in the preface were particularly good: Insist on one centimeter change, that is, start from what can be changed and try to change one centimeter at a time. I argued, "but I also smiled!" But my confidence is obviously insufficient, because I know that some students need a lot of courage to greet their teachers. After exchanging pleasantries, they left in a hurry. They dare not look at the teacher at all. How can they see me respond to their smiles? Maybe you can only hear me say "hmm"! How cold it is to say "hmm" without smiling!

I remember there was an open class in junior high school at the beginning of school. A teacher in high school said to me, "Wow! You junior high school students are so horrible! " I was puzzled and asked what was going on. She said: "I just met a child, greeted me and bowed 90 degrees!" This makes me panic! " In fact, there is no need to panic, just respond softly to this. Three or four years have passed, and today's campus has never seen a student bow 90 degrees to say hello to the teacher. Some students don't even want to say a simple greeting. The reason is probably not only the low quality of some students.

In the process of education and teaching, teachers should set an example and always pay attention to the details of daily behavior on campus, so as not to send bad information to students. Many times, the details of teachers' daily behavior are "teaching by example" to students again and again, which is more influential than "teaching by example".

Details determine success or failure, and the details of education are related to the success or failure of education. So, can we still ignore those precious details in education?
