Until December 4, 1982, the fifth session of the Fifth National People's Congress passed a resolution on the national anthem of the People's Republic of China, revoked the new words adopted by the National People's Congress on March 5, 1978, and restored Tian Han "March of the Volunteers", with lyrics and music composed by Nie Er, is the national anthem of the Republic of China.
