According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of COVID-19 Province and the epidemic prevention and control situation in our city, the leading group for epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 of Hengyang Municipal Committee decided to carry out two rounds of regional whole-course nucleic acid detection in urban areas on June 7th and 10 9th, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Detection object and scope: all personnel in Hengyang.

3. Sampling location: all urban areas are arranged in a unified way, and sampling is carried out at designated locations by region and time. If there are any temporary changes, please pay attention to the information released by the official media in time.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. Ask residents and friends to take the initiative and invite all staff to participate. According to the community notice, do a good job of personal protection, carry the mobile phone health code, my resident ID card or household registration book, and sample at the nucleic acid sampling point; Old people who can't use smart phones when sampling alone, please prepare your ID card; For children without ID cards, parents should use their mobile phones to bind their children's health codes or bring their household registration books. During the sampling process, please wear a mask scientifically, line up in an orderly manner, and keep a distance of more than one meter from others. Do not gather, communicate or touch the sampling table. After the sampling, please leave the scene quickly, don't stay or watch, change the mask in time after returning home, and do a good job in hand hygiene.

2. Teachers and students of schools and kindergartens carry out nucleic acid testing according to the unified arrangement of the education department in the jurisdiction.

3. Risk professionals and personnel in key institutions and places shall carry out nucleic acid testing according to the original requirements.

4. Those who have taken control measures and carried out nucleic acid detection such as centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring shall still follow the original regulations, and sampling shall be arranged by the responsible control unit. Persons whose health code is "yellow code" are not allowed to go to the centralized sampling point, and they need to walk or take a private car to the designated yellow code sampling point or the fever clinic of the second-level and above hospitals for sampling.

Persons who hold negative certificates of nucleic acid test results within 5.24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

Please select the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff involved in vaccination in COVID-19 cannot undertake the task of routine nucleic acid detection and sampling.

8. If an individual has symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not take samples at centralized sampling points. Personal protection must be done when sampling in the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

9. Don't smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

10. If no written report is issued for this round of nucleic acid testing, and the notification from the disease control department is not received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative, and the results can be queried through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, please try to reduce the flow and don't participate in the gathering activities.
