Article 6: The work squad leader shall be nominated by the workshop director and approved by the unit or competent department for appointment. (4) Quality management. Enhance quality awareness, do a good job in process quality control, strictly implement quality inspection and acceptance systems, and continuously improve quality.

(5) Equipment management. Strictly manage the equipment, tools, and spare parts management system, and do a good job in maintenance and repair to ensure that they are always in good condition.

(6) Team accounting. Strengthen team economic accounting, carry out "double increase and double festival" activities, save energy and raw materials, and strive to reduce consumption.
