Zaozhuang's latest travel restrictions

From July 30, hazardous chemical vehicles will be restricted in areas

In order to strengthen the management of hazardous chemical transport vehicles, prevent road traffic accidents, and ensure travel safety, Shandong recently Zaozhuang issued the latest notice on restrictions on the movement of hazardous chemicals.

According to the traffic restriction notice issued, Zaozhuang will adopt regional road restrictions on hazardous vehicles starting from July 30, 2021.

The area restricted this time is the section of X030 County Road from Shiyang to Hongcun.

Starting from July 30, hazardous chemical transport vehicles will be subject to 24-hour traffic restrictions. Cardholders should pay attention when traveling.

In addition to restricting the movement of hazardous vehicles on this restricted road section, freight vehicles such as trucks, special operation vehicles, and tractors with a load of more than 5 tons are also prohibited from traveling for 24 hours.

Notice on the implementation of restrictions on certain vehicle types on some road sections

In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents, alleviate traffic pressure in urban areas, and protect the safety of people's lives and property, according to the "People's Republic of China According to Article 39 of the National Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Tengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Brigade will implement restrictions on some vehicle types on the following road sections. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Restricted Road Sections

Jingquan Road; Tengfei Road; Tsingtao Avenue; Parallel Road.

2. Traffic Restriction Time

1. Restricted sections of Jingquan Road and Tengfei Road: Tractors are prohibited from passing 24 hours a day. Heavy trucks, medium trucks, special operation vehicles, and three-wheeled vehicles are prohibited from passing from 16:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 9:00 the next day.

2. Restricted sections of Tsingtao Avenue and Parallel Road: Heavy trucks, medium trucks, special operation vehicles, three-wheeled vehicles, and tractors are prohibited from passing from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 every day.

Car owners and drivers are requested to voluntarily abide by the above regulations. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice starting from October 29, 2020 will be captured by the public security organs through traffic technology monitoring equipment and punished in accordance with the law.
