2. Scheme:
Find out the inflow of Laowei River upstream in normal period, the specific location and direction of infrastructure such as bridges and pipelines along the way, and the depth of sediment deposition in the river, organize manpower and machinery according to the dredging workload and time limit for a project, and consider the requirements of flood control and flood control to prepare materials.
1. Organization: The Weihe River realignment project is close to the old river channel, and there are large-scale construction machinery on the construction site, which can be used for dredging the old Weihe River. It is planned to use multiple crawler excavators to carry out dredging in groups and sections. In the process of dredging, it is necessary to maintain the normal water supply of the old Weihe River, and half of the dredging and half of the running water; First dredge the south half of the river, and then dredge the north river.
2. Cofferdam: A 5mm thick brick masonry cofferdam with two movable gates is set downstream of Zhongzhou Avenue Bridge, which is flush with the top surface of the abutment foundation of Weihe Bridge, and can also be used as the cofferdam when the Weihe River realignment project is connected with the old river (the gates are 3m wide and of wooden structure). The downstream cofferdams are set in sections according to the dredging length, and are planned to be set on the south side of the Fishing Association and downstream of Tangzhuang Bridge respectively, and the height should be .7 meters above the water surface. The downstream cofferdam adopts soil structure, and the outer side is covered with waterproof material (such as wide striped cloth).
3. Drainage: After the completion of the cofferdam construction, sewage pump will be used to drain the accumulated water in the river channel to the downstream river channel of the cofferdam, and longitudinal water collecting ditch will be excavated along the bottom edge of the old river channel to collect the accumulated water in the river channel in front of the downstream cofferdam. Excavate a sump in the upstream of the cofferdam, and use a high-power sewage pump to discharge the accumulated water to the downstream of the cofferdam.
4. Dredging: Three excavators are used as a group to form a ladder queue. An excavator at the bottom of the river is in front, and the sediment at the bottom of the river is cleaned to the south while excavating, and the sediment is placed above the slope as much as possible, and at the same time, a catchment ditch with a depth of about 5cm is excavated at the bottom line of the south side of the river; The second one is above the slope, and the sludge dug by the first excavator and the roots of turf on the slope are cleared into the beach on the south side of the river, and the third one is at the last side, and the sludge dug by the second excavator is collected. The dredging of the southern half is completed, and the sediment in the north river channel is cleaned by the same method. At this time, the accumulated water has been concentrated in the southern half of the river channel, and there is no need to dig a longitudinal catchment ditch at the bottom line of the north river. After dredging, the river bottom will be leveled. For dredging under Heizhuang Bridge, it is planned to use a small tailless crawler excavator with manual excavation. The mechanical excavation process shall not touch the bridge foundation, and the surrounding of the pier shall be cleaned manually. The clearance under Anzhuang Bridge and Tangzhuang Bridge is low, and the bridge deck is wide, 14 meters. The excavator hook shovel back method is used to drive the sediment out of the bridge deck, and then the river bank is dug out. The hook shovel shall not damage the original cone slope protection structure when retreating.
5. cleaning: the sludge in the beach is dried and dehydrated, and the sludge is transported to the owner's place by a well-sealed transport vehicle.
6. Cofferdam removal: The cofferdam of Zhongzhou Avenue Bridge is reserved with movable gates, which can meet the normal water flow. It will be removed after the Weihe River realignment project is completed and the old river channel is connected, so as to restore the smooth flow of the river channel. The downstream cofferdam can be dismantled after the dredging work in the upstream of the cofferdam is completed, and the river channel can be restored.
7. Flood control and flood control: According to the Weihe River Emergency Plan for Dredging and Flood Control, when receiving the flood warning information, immediately stop dredging, mobilize for flood control, start the emergency plan and make good preparations for flood control. After receiving the exact information, all construction machinery shall be evacuated from the river within 3 minutes, and the downstream cofferdam shall be dredged to ensure the smooth flow of the river.
III. Precautions:
1. Cooperate with the owner to complete relevant procedures before dredging.

3. When the sludge is temporarily stacked on the beach, it must be removed from the site to realize the temporary road for transport vehicles.
4. The original traffic facilities need to be protected or protected for dredging under roads and bridges.
5. Investigate the distribution trend, buried depth and specific location of pipelines (such as national defense optical cable, electric power, communication, water supply, gas and other pipelines) in the dredging reach, make records, and make obvious marks on the spot.
6. When transporting sludge, take leak-proof measures, and drive away from the clear vehicles to prevent road pollution.
7. Strengthen the protection of green vegetation on both sides of the river, and do not maliciously destroy trees on both sides of the river.
8. The isolation fence is dredged and restored to its original state.

II. Overview of the Project
The comprehensive treatment project of Xiaoqing River in Jinan City starts from Linjiaqiao East to Xianwen Road in the west, with a total length of 1.8Km. Comprehensive improvement includes river water conservancy project, construction of concealed culvert for water transfer from South to North, reconstruction of municipal roads, bridges and pipelines, landscaping and comprehensive construction and development of surrounding areas. The construction scope of the first phase project mainly includes bridge, river channel expansion, bank wall masonry, earthwork, silt excavation and transportation, earthwork backfilling, and road, rain and sewage works on Binhe South Road.
The river course project of Bid Ⅲ is located in the reach of Guomian No.1 Factory (Wuliudao reach). The river course number is K17+87 ~ K19+3, and the river course width is designed as 75m. The design flood control standard is once every 1 years, and the main construction contents are: digging 385991m3 of general earthwork, 382693.82m3 of spoil, digging 13134m3 of spoil, 922m3 of C25 cantilever retaining wall, 4,64t of ribbed steel bars (HRB335, HRB4) and 26521m3 of retaining wall demolition. The total construction period is 17 days, and the planned completion time is June 3th, 2xx.
III. Dredging construction scheme
I) Construction method of floating boat dredging
According to the specific situation of Xiaoqing River, after construction investigation and demonstration of dredging scheme, I decided to adopt floating boat dredging in my bid section, that is, to put the excavation machinery on the floating boat and use the floating boat to excavate and dredge on the water surface. The construction sequence is from top to bottom along the river, and the specific construction steps are as follows:
1. Mechanical preparation: one floating boat 1m×1m×1.5m (connected by four 5m×5m×1.5m floating boats), one long-arm excavator and two ordinary excavators. Firstly, the floating boat is put into the river in blocks, connected into a whole and fixed on the bank of the river. After the river bank wall is broken, repair the straight ramp to the floating boat, and one long-arm excavator and one ordinary excavator will float along the ramp. When the excavator floats on the boat, it is necessary to use the crane or excavator to help ensure the stability of the floating boat and avoid the capsizing caused by the stress on one side of the floating boat.
2. River dredging shall be carried out from upstream to downstream, first in the center and then on both sides.
3. During the dredging construction of the floating boat, two excavators are parked at both ends of the floating boat. The common excavator is used to fix and assist the floating boat to move and walk during the dredging construction, and the long arm excavator is used for dredging construction.
4. firstly, carry out silt excavation in the center of the river. The current width of the river course in my bid section is between 35 meters and 5 meters. During construction, the excavator can't dig the silt in the middle of the river course to the river bank at one time, so the silt in the middle of the river course needs to be transported to both sides of the river course for 2~3 times, and then the pontoon moves to the river edge and directly digs the silt to the river bank.
5. As dredging in water is adopted, the water content of the sludge is high, and it is easy to cause road and surrounding environment pollution during transportation. Therefore, after the sludge is dug to the river bank, it must be aired before it can be transported outside.
6. During the dredging process, because the elevation of the river bank cannot be clearly detected, it is necessary to prepare a boat and a set of probe rods. After the dredging is completed in a certain area, the inspectors will immediately use the probe rods to detect the dredging depth, so as to avoid missing excavation or areas with insufficient excavation depth.
ii. muck transport and management of spoil ground
1. silt transport
iii. muck transport will be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of Jinan on muck transport, and vehicles with good performance, well-closed carriages and complete certificates will be selected and driven in strict accordance with the designated routes. Ensure that the transport vehicles are not overloaded, and the upper part of the carriage is covered with tarpaulin, so as to avoid the pollution of urban roads and surrounding environment caused by the scattered muck during transportation. In order to prevent the dumping and dumping of muck in the transportation process, I will adopt the method of two-way ticket signing between the excavation site and the spoil ground during the construction process, and resolutely put an end to the dumping and dumping of muck.

The driving route from the construction site to the spoil ground is Xiaoqing River South Road → Xiaoqing River North Road → Lishan Road → Erhuan North Road → Daqiao Road → Jinan Yellow River Bridge → National Highway 14 → National Highway 38 → Poxi Village Road → Dump.

If the floating boat is found to be leaking or damaged, the construction should be stopped immediately and the water machinery should be withdrawn, and the construction can be continued only after the danger is relieved.
