Firefighter post responsibility system

1. Strictly implement rules and regulations, obey distribution, and be an ideal, civilized and disciplined new worker.

2. Stick to your post, concentrate your thoughts and operate strictly; When on duty, don't read books, newspapers, doze off, and don't leave your post at will.

3. Patrol according to regulations before taking over. Check the operation of various equipment, including water level gauge, pressure gauge, blower, induced draft fan water supply system, lubrication system, cooling water, coal feeding and slag discharge device. Check daily records and check electrical appliances on time during shift change.

4. Study hard on professional knowledge and be proficient in business. Study the technology, continuously improve the operation level, and ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler.

5. Regularly check the furnace body and auxiliary equipment to achieve civilized production.

6. When the boiler is found to have abnormal phenomena that endanger safety, emergency shutdown measures should be taken and the person in charge of the unit should be reported in time.

7. Any behavior that endangers the safe operation of the boiler should be stopped immediately.

Patrol inspection system

1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment, a patrol inspection shall be conducted at least every two hours in the following order.

2. Check whether the coal feeder, slag extractor, secondary fan, blower and induced draft fan are normal. Whether the temperature rise of motor and bearing exceeds the limit (sliding bearing temperature rise ≯35℃ ≯60℃, rolling bearing temperature rise ≯40℃ ≯70℃).

3. Check whether the combustion equipment and combustion process are normal.

4. Check whether there is any abnormality in the visible parts of the boiler pressure components, furnace arch and furnace wall.

5. Check whether the water level of the water tank, the temperature of the bearing and motor of the feed water pump, the switch position of each valve and the feed water pressure are normal.

6. Check whether the dust collector leaks and the water quantity of the water film dust collector.

7. Check the slag removal.

8. Check whether the safety accessories, primary instrument and secondary instrument are normal, and whether there are any abnormal changes in indicators and signals.

9. Check whether the oil level of lubricating parts such as grate gearbox, front and rear axles, fans and water pumps is normal.

10. The problems found in the patrol inspection shall be handled in time, and the inspection results shall be recorded in the operation records of boilers and auxiliary equipment.

Boiler equipment maintenance system

1. The maintenance of boiler equipment is to carry out regular maintenance and repair without stopping the boiler.

2. Combined with the problems found in the patrol inspection, whether it can be maintained without stopping the furnace is maintenance.

3. Main contents of maintenance:

3. 1 1 glass tube (plate) of water level gauge is damaged, resulting in water leakage. Observe the water level with another water level gauge and repair the damaged water level gauge in time;

4. Test and inspection requirements for safety accessories:

5. The testing and calibration of equipment maintenance and safety accessories shall be recorded in detail, and the boiler room management personnel shall conduct spot checks regularly.

Firefighter succession system

1. The successor shall go to the boiler room in advance according to the specified frequency and time, make good preparations for the succession, and learn more about the boiler operation.

2. Successors should make preparations in advance, conduct serious and comprehensive inspection and investigation, and maintain the normal operation of the boiler. During the shift change, the shift change personnel shall introduce the equipment operation, water quality test and boiler blowdown to the successor.

3. If the successor fails to arrive at the scene on time or fails to go through the handover formalities, the successor shall not leave his post.

4. Handover should be "five exchanges" and "five non-exchanges".

The five forks are:

4. 1 Boiler combustion, pressure, water level and temperature are normal;

4.2 boiler safety accessories, alarm and protection devices are sensitive and reliable;

4.3 boiler body and auxiliary equipment without exception;

4.4 boiler operation records, spare parts, tools and appliances are complete;

4.5 The boiler room is clean and hygienic, with civilized production.

Five don't pay is:

4.6 Don't give it to firefighters who are sick after drinking;

4.7 boiler body and auxiliary equipment are abnormal and shall not be delivered;

4.8 When handling the accident, it is not necessary to hand over the shift;

4.9 When the successor has not arrived, it shall not be handed over to unlicensed firefighters;

4. 10 boiler pressure, water level, temperature, and abnormal combustion are not charged.

5. During the shift change, the left and right sides will be inspected point by point according to the patrol inspection route, and the contents to be handed over and the existing problems should be carefully recorded.

6. Instructions on boiler operation shall be handed over to the superior during the succession.

7. After the handover record is signed by the handover person, the successor shall be responsible for the equipment defects found.

Hand-over system for water treatment personnel

1. Before taking over, the successor shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of water treatment equipment, laboratory instruments and medicines, and can only take over after meeting the following conditions:

1. 1 The water treatment equipment is normal and the main indicators of soft water are qualified;

1.2 boiler alkalinity, PH, chlorine and other indicators are qualified;

1.3 laboratory instruments, glassware and analytical drugs are complete and intact;

1.4 The workplace should be clean and tidy;

1.5 The operation and laboratory records of water treatment equipment shall be filled in correctly, accurately and completely. Falsification is strictly prohibited.

2. The successor shall introduce the operation of the equipment to the successor, as well as the problems existing in the water quality test and boiler blowdown.

3. The successor shall not leave his post without going through the handover formalities.

4. Successors should arrive at their posts at the specified time, consult the succession records and listen to the handover introduction.

5. The succession personnel * * * should check whether the soft water treatment equipment, laboratory instruments and medicines are complete and normal, test the main indicators of soft water and boiler water, and sign the succession only after passing the test.

6. If the successor can't take over on time, the successor should report to the relevant leaders, but he can't leave his post.

7. During the succession, in case of accident or major operation project, the succession can only be carried out after the accident is handled or the operation is finished, and the successor should actively cooperate with the accident to complete the operation project.

Boiler water quality management system

1. Boiler water must be treated. Without reliable water treatment measures, boilers are not allowed to be put into operation because the water quality is unqualified.

2. Strictly implement GB/T 1576-2008 standard and strengthen water quality supervision.

3. Boiler water treatment generally adopts chemical water treatment outside the furnace. Vertical boilers and horizontal boilers with evaporation below 1t/h (including 1t/h) can be treated by adding chemical water into the boilers.

4. For boilers treated with chemicals in the boiler, the hardness of water supply, alkalinity of boiler water and PH value (chemicals in the water supply test tank) must be tested at least once per shift.

5. For boilers with chemical water treatment outside the furnace, the hardness, PH value and dissolved oxygen of feed water should be determined every 2 hours; The alkalinity, chlorine, PH and phosphate in boiler water should be measured every 2-4 hours.

6. Full-time or part-time water quality laboratory technicians can only carry out water treatment work after passing the examination by the quality supervision department.

7. For the operation of the ion exchanger, the operating procedures should be formulated according to the characteristics of the equipment and implemented seriously.

8. Water treatment personnel should be familiar with the performance, nature and use of equipment, instruments and chemicals.

9. Reagents used for analysis and testing should be properly kept, and flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful reagents should be kept and used in strict accordance with regulations.

10. When the boiler is shut down for maintenance, the water treatment personnel should first check the corrosion of scale, and make a detailed record of the composition and thickness of scale, the area and depth of corrosion and the location.

1 1. Laboratories and water treatment rooms should be kept clean and sanitary, and fire prevention measures should be taken.

12. Whether the operation of water treatment equipment and water quality testing records are complete and correct.

Boiler safety guarantee system

1. Boiler room is one of the harmful departments of boiler users. In addition to the boiler room staff, relevant leaders and safety, security and production management personnel, other personnel shall not enter without the approval of relevant leaders.

2. The personnel on duty should stick to their posts, be vigilant, and strictly implement the safety technical operation procedures and patrol inspection system.

3. Non-duty personnel are not allowed to switch the valves, smoke screens and electrical switches of the boiler room without the consent of the monitor. Unlicensed firefighters and water quality laboratory personnel are not allowed to operate alone.

4. It is forbidden to store inflammable and explosive articles in the boiler room. Oil drums and oil pots with a small amount of lubricating oil and cleaning oil should be stored in designated places, and attention should be paid to checking whether there are explosives in coal.

5. When the boiler is running or extinguishing the fire, it is forbidden to lock the door or lock the door, and someone should be supervised when extinguishing the fire.

6. The boiler room should be equipped with fire fighting equipment and carefully managed. Do not move it or use it for other purposes.

7. In case of boiler accident, the personnel on duty should take accurate and rapid measures to prevent the accident from expanding and report to the relevant leaders immediately.

Boiler room cleaning and sanitation system

1. Items unrelated to boiler operation are not allowed to be stored in the boiler room. Boiler coal, spare parts and operating tools should be placed in designated places and placed neatly.

2. The level, walls, doors and windows of the boiler room should always be kept clean and hygienic.

3. Hand-fired furnace has thrown coal, so clean up the coal scattered on the ground and keep the ground clean.

4. Coal yard and slag yard should be set separately. Coal piles and slag piles should be watered regularly and neatly stacked.

5. Before each shift comes off work, clean the workplace, equipment, instruments and valves.

6. Clean the boiler room and its area once a week to keep the environment clean and beautiful.

7. The competent leaders should often organize relevant personnel to check and evaluate the cleanliness of the boiler room, reward diligent and punish lazy, and achieve clean and civilized production.
