In 2004, the college was awarded the title of Hunan Institute of Civilization, and the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education was evaluated, and the grade was determined to be excellent. In 2005, the numerical control technology training center of our institute was identified as a national training base by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. At present, the reason why the construction of campus concept in our college is progressing slowly is because there are a series of ideological problems:

First, there is a general ideological tendency to emphasize system management and ignore the edification of the concept of aviation institute. In strengthening the construction of campus cultural concepts, especially spiritual and cultural construction, the college unilaterally strengthens institutional management, pays attention to institutional constraints, but does not pay attention to creating a cultural atmosphere to induce students, and does not raise institutional management to the cultural level, resulting in management only face to face, behind-the-scenes management is not in place, students do not really solve problems ideologically, cope with things, and cannot fully understand the spirit of the college.

Second, they are keen on vulgar utilitarianism and ignore humanistic feelings. College students' life ideals and personality perfection are not in their proper position, so they are in a passive state in the construction of campus culture. There is even a tendency to cater to some people's pursuit of fashion, vulgarization and utilitarianism in campus culture construction. This leads to the lack of individuality, characteristics and internal organic coherence in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, not to mention the inheritance and accumulation of campus cultural concepts.

Third, attach importance to school activities and ignore social practice. Various cultural activities in the college are in full swing, but there is a problem of "one head is light" in social practice, and the internal relationship between campus cultural construction and social practice is not grasped. Unnecessary worry that students can't resist the invasion of money worship, which is transferred from money and fame, and artificially create an "educational vacuum" in the college, which makes the society generally feel that students in our college are "pure", "disciplined" and "without personality".

Fourth, misinterpret the cultural connotation and ignore the campus reality. Some people think that "culture" is a big concept, broad and profound, and the cultural construction of the college can only be ants moving. It is neither necessary nor feasible to carry out cultural construction in the small world of universities. Some people think that cultural construction means putting up a signboard, shouting a few slogans and printing something, but they fail to see that campus culture should first be the characteristics, historical origin and development trend of the college itself. Such a campus culture is bound to be empty talk.

If we really want to achieve the motto of "stop at perfection", we must put people first, whether from the management point of view or from other angles, because "people" is the most important element of the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and all the so-called cultural concepts are on paper.

Many failed management results are basically caused by managers' arbitrariness and wishful thinking. To achieve "people-oriented", we must listen to the voices of grassroots students and understand what students really want. Confucius said, "Don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you." It's better to have less inhuman things.

I don't know how to understand the first half of what the leader said, "save school resources and advocate a conservation-oriented society." What is the foundation of a school? Teach and educate people! It is clear to all that good school resources cultivate good students. Does saving school resources mean reducing investment in running a school, or does it mean that the school has no plan to improve the existing hardware facilities of the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics?
