Although it is possible to check out-of-region violations across the country, in many places the payment system is not connected to the Internet, so it is impossible to handle out-of-region violations. There are two specific situations:

The first situation: If you violate traffic regulations in different cities in the province, you can go to the traffic police department of the city where the vehicle is registered to pay fines and deduct points. If you are traveling in other cities in the province and are caught by the traffic police on-site for traffic violations, the traffic police will issue a ticket and notice, but the on-site traffic police will not charge any fines. The driver can then return to the local city, take the driving license, and go to the bank designated by the local traffic police department to pay the fine and go to the vehicle management office to deduct points. Or at the end of the year, when the vehicle is due for annual inspection, all violations will be dealt with at once.

Second situation: When you violate traffic regulations outside the province, if the traffic information of the two provinces is interconnected, you can return to your own province to handle the fine, otherwise you will have to go to the local area to handle it. When you are on a business trip or playing in another province, if you are caught by the traffic police on-site violating the rules, you must go to the local area to deal with the violation in time. If you only receive the fine notice after returning to your own province, you can go to the traffic control department in your city to check the violation situation. If you can check, you can go there with your driving license and driver's license to deal with traffic violations; if you can't check, you can ignore it, and this will not affect the annual vehicle inspection. You can pay the fine and points the next time you visit the province. Starting from May 1, 2016, the Ministry of Transport will expand the pilot scope of cross-province and cross-region payment of traffic fines to Beijing, Shanxi, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Shandong, Sichuan, 16 provinces (cities) including Guizhou and Yunnan. 2. Can Chongqing drunk driving be trained online?

Article 68 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" (Order No. 139) revised and issued by the Ministry of Public Security stipulates:

Motor vehicle drivers shall be charged within one scoring period. If the cumulative demerit points reach 12 points, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall detain the driver's license.

Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 15 days, attend a seven-day study of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge at the traffic management department of the public security organ at the place where the motor vehicle driving license was issued or where the violation was committed. After a motor vehicle driver participates in the study, the vehicle management office shall conduct an examination (Subject 1) on road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge within 20 days. If you pass the exam, your points will be cleared and your motor vehicle driving license will be returned; if you fail the exam, you will continue to study and take exams. If a person refuses to participate in the study or take the test, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall announce that his or her motor vehicle driving license shall be suspended.

Anyone who drives a commercial motor vehicle after drinking alcohol shall be detained for 15 days, fined 5,000 yuan, have his motor vehicle driving license revoked, and shall not be able to obtain a new motor vehicle driving license within five years.

Anyone who drives a motor vehicle while drunk will be restrained by the traffic management department of the public security organ until he sobers up, his motor vehicle driving license will be revoked, and he will be investigated for criminal liability in accordance with the law; he will not be allowed to re-obtain a motor vehicle driving license within ten years, and after re-obtaining a motor vehicle driving license, he will not be allowed to drive or operate a motor vehicle. motor vehicles.
