At the conference, Comrade Ke Xianguo, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Director of the Administrative Committee, and Commander of the District’s National Civilized City Building Command, discussed the development zone’s further efforts in the three examinations of material declaration, on-site inspections, and questionnaire surveys. He delivered an important speech on taking the lead and achieving good results.

The development zone already has a strong leadership system. The development zone has established a cultural creation headquarters at the beginning of the year. The secretary of the district party committee and the director of the management committee serve as commanders, and 10 special working groups have been established. At the beginning of August, based on the actual situation of the development zone, the responsibilities of the District Five Founding and Creative and Cultural Offices were integrated, a joint office was implemented, the District City Creation Office was established, and 11 people were assigned to work together, which further aggregated the district’s creation resources and formed a linkage Lianchuang's unified command system effectively guarantees leadership and combat effectiveness during the three-year creation cycle. It has polished the city’s benchmark demonstration points. It has achieved excellent results in the city's evaluation. Zhongguan Community and the Bailang Road Police Station of the District Public Security Bureau both achieved a perfect score of 100 points, becoming a benchmark demonstration point in the city.
