Bring all necessary testing instruments, recording tools, steel rulers, thermometers, stopwatches, etc., and check whether all instruments are in good condition. ?

3. Correct operation.

1. Select an appropriate wind meter based on the wind speed at the measured location and measure the wind sideways. ?

2. Before starting the wind measurement, the counter should be turned off, the wind meter and stopwatch pointers should be returned to zero, and the counter should be started after the wind meter runs stably. While starting and stopping the wind meter counter, start and stop the stopwatch. ?

3. During the wind measurement process, the wind meter must move smoothly and at a constant speed. It is not allowed to change the moving speed of the wind meter in order to ensure that the entire distance is completed within 1 minute during the wind measurement process; when the wind meter is moving , The wind meter should not be too close to the body and the top, side, and bottom of the wind measurement site. Generally, it should be kept at a distance of more than 20cm. ?

4. During the wind measurement process, the wind meter should be perpendicular to the direction of the wind flow, and the angle should not be greater than 10°; the wind should be measured at the same section no less than three times, and the error of each result should not exceed 5%. , if the error is greater than 5%, an additional test is required until the requirements are met, and the average of 3 times is taken. Calculate the wind speed of the measured tunnel according to the formula of the wind meter calibration curve. ?

5. Use a thermometer to check the temperature of the measuring point. The thermometer should be more than 0.5m away from the human body or other heating objects. A calibrated thermometer with a minimum graduation of 0.5 degrees should be used for measurement.

6. The concentration of gases such as gas and carbon dioxide can be measured according to the operating procedures of the gas inspector.

7. Calculate the measured actual wind speed, calculate the tunnel area, calculate the air volume, temperature, gas and carbon dioxide concentration, and measurement time, enter them into the wind measurement manual, and then fill in the record board at the wind measurement location.

8. After going up the well, you must fill in the wind measurement report in a timely manner to achieve the three-match "board, manual, and report", fill in various reports and ledgers, and do a good job in reporting. ?

4. Safety measures. ?

1. Master the regulations on air volume, gas concentration, temperature and wind measurement in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations"; master the methods of measuring the concentration of gas, carbon dioxide and other gases.

2. The wind meter carried must be calibrated by a qualified department. ?

3. Know the performance and parameters of the wind meter and other instruments used; be familiar with the mine ventilation system, and master the required air volume, wind measurement methods, processes, calculation methods, and precautions for each wind location.

4. When measuring wind, avoid pedestrians in the lane, times when driving is frequent, and times when nearby air doors are frequently opened and closed. No people or vehicles are allowed to pass by when measuring wind. ?

5. Wind measurement operations during reverse wind conditions should be carried out in accordance with the reverse wind drill plan and regulations. ?

6. After using the wind meter, do not blow with your mouth or move the blades of the wind meter with your hands. If there are water droplets, gently wipe them off with absorbent cotton and store them in the wind meter box. ?

7. When it is discovered that the wind speed, gas concentration, and temperature do not comply with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", measures must be taken immediately to find out the cause, notify the workers at the involved workplace, and take measures such as evacuation.
