1. Strictly control the density of people flow. Only private rooms are open, and the number of diners must not exceed 50 seats. Measures such as spaced and staggered dining are adopted when dining. The hotel lobby is not open for the time being. By delineating "one area" in areas where people are likely to gather, such as the waiting area, meal taking area, and checkout area, etc. "Rice Noodles", as well as measures such as customer reservations, flow limits, and time limits to avoid gatherings of people; and provide customers with services such as "shared meals at seats," "shared meals with serving spoons," "separated meals for self-pickup," and packaging.

2. Strictly implement prevention and control measures. Each catering business unit arranges dedicated personnel to strictly implement the "one scan, three checks and one test" system at the entrance. For groups such as the elderly who do not have smartphones or cannot operate smartphones, manual service guidance and related registration work should be done well.

3. Strict management of employees. Before resuming dine-in dining, catering business units should carry out personnel risk and food hygiene and safety inspections. Staff in key epidemic areas will not return to work for the time being. They should establish and improve employee health files, implement "everything should be checked" epidemic prevention measures, and avoid exposure to imported cold Chain food employees undergo nucleic acid testing twice every seven days, and other employees undergo nucleic acid testing once a week.

4. Strictly implement disinfection and disinfection. Before resuming dine-in dining, catering business units must carry out comprehensive and thorough disinfection of business premises, equipment and facilities, catering utensils, etc., continue to carry out ventilation and disinfection of processing sites and business premises, and establish and improve disinfection records.

5. Strictly implement regulatory responsibilities. All towns and development zones must strictly implement their territorial responsibilities and urge catering units to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control requirements. Market supervision and public security departments must strictly fulfill their regulatory responsibilities, strengthen supervision and inspection of catering business units, and ensure that the catering industry resumes dine-in dining in an orderly manner. Those who fail to implement epidemic prevention and control measures as required after resuming dine-in dining will be immediately suspended for rectification. If the circumstances are serious, legal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.
