Safety technical specifications for the use of hanging baskets

(1) All personnel who use the hanging basket must be in good health and mentally sound, have undergone safety technical training and assessment, and have an operation certificate before they can work; non-designated personnel are not allowed to use the hanging basket.

(2) The gondola roof suspension device is safe, complete, reliable and stable; the protruding length of the counterweight block and the forearm of the gondola must comply with the "Relationship between the installation height of the gondola, the extended length of the front beam and the allowable load" surface".

(3) Overloading of the hanging basket is strictly prohibited. When using construction hanging baskets, each hanging basket must hang a "load limit plate" to limit the load capacity according to different working heights.

(4) During on-site use, there must be no high-voltage wires within 10 meters of the machine.

(5) It must be checked before work: all connecting parts are complete, firm and reliable; there is no loss or damage.

(6) Sand, gravel, screws, nuts, steel wires and other debris are strictly prohibited from entering the entrance of the elevator wire rope to prevent the elevator from seizing and cutting the wire rope, causing danger.

(7) The inspection and scrapping of wire ropes shall be carried out in accordance with Article 3.5 of GB5972-2009 "Care, Maintenance, Installation, Inspection and Scraping of Crane Wire Ropes".

The steel wire rope should be scrapped when the following common situations occur:

1) Broken strands or at one lay length (each wire rope rotates a full circle around the rope core, along the axial direction of the wire rope There are 4 broken wires within the measured distance);

2) For broken wires at the rope end or adjacent to it, the wire rope should be shortened (the broken wire part at the rope end should be cut off) to re-terminal, otherwise it should be scrapped ;

3) The diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 10% due to damage to the rope core;

4) External wear causes the actual diameter of the wire rope to be reduced by 7% or more from its nominal diameter;< /p>

5) Relaxation of steel wires caused by external and internal corrosion;

6) Wavy shape, cage distortion, rope core or strand extrusion/twisting, wire extrusion, rope distortion, etc. Deformation caused by local diameter increase, local flattening, kinking and bending;

7) Damage caused by heat or arc.

(8) Check the suspension mechanism, whether each fastener is firmly connected, the counterweight and working wire rope should meet the technical requirements, and check whether the safety lock is sensitive and reliable.

(9) Check whether the cable is damaged, whether the plug is tightened, whether the neutral line protection is reliable, and test whether the leakage protection switch of the distribution box in the basket is sensitive and reliable.

(10) Test to check whether the switch function of each button is sensitive and reliable, and check whether the performance of the lifting electromechanical mechanism on both sides is reliable.

(11) The hanging basket should be lowered to the lowest level or fixed on a relatively safe flat plate (shelf) before it can be moved up and down. It is strictly forbidden to place the hanging basket randomly in window openings or other unsafe places to jump off. Or climb up, fix the cables when you get off work, cut off the power and lock the control box.

(12) Before each use, it should be run without load 2-3 times at a height of 2 meters, and it can be used after confirming that there is no fault.

(13) Each operation of the hanging basket can only be controlled by one person. Before operation, other people in the basket must be reminded and make sure there are no obstacles above and below before operation. There must be two operators, and no one is allowed to work alone to ensure that in the event of a sudden power outage, two people can use the manual lowering device of the hanging basket to land safely.

(14) When working on a hanging basket, you must wear a safety helmet and fasten your seat belt. It is strictly prohibited to work on a hanging basket while drunk.

(15) Do not use the hanging basket if any part of it is found to be faulty. Professional technicians should be asked to perform maintenance. Users are not allowed to dismantle or modify any part by themselves.

(16) When the hanging basket construction encounters rain, snow, lightning, heavy fog, or strong wind (wind force above level 5), the hanging basket shall not be used, and the hanging basket platform shall be parked on the ground to deal with Wire ropes and cables are bundled and fixed.

(17) When not in working condition, the hanging baskets must be placed on the ground and connected in pairs to withstand strong winds.

(18) The construction unit should demarcate safety areas and erect safety nets in accordance with construction safety regulations.
