Establish a leading group for coal quality management, improve the coal quality management organization, and equip full-time coal quality management personnel, so that the system leaders have their own responsibilities and the network personnel have their own responsibilities. At the same time, the accountability system for coal quality management and the traceability system for quality accidents were implemented, and the one-vote veto system for major quality accidents was implemented, which effectively improved the enthusiasm and work intensity of coal quality management and laid a good foundation for the company's coal quality management.

According to the reasonable arrangement of geological data, the design department selects suitable horizons, completes supporting mining, and mines high and stable coal quality by adjusting the working face. The business department of mine geological survey should provide the true profile related to coal quality, such as geological structure, gangue inclusion and hydrogeological conditions, before the end of each month, and prepare the coal quality forecast report for next month to guide production. The company will hold a special analysis meeting on coal quality management at least once every quarter to study and solve the outstanding problems in coal quality management, and make arrangements for the work in the next quarter to ensure the stability of coal quality.

Second, strict technical management measures should be taken. Coal quality management should be included in the necessary content of operating rules, and mining units must have targeted coal quality management measures when compiling production operating rules. It is clearly stipulated that the mining team must set up a coal quality management team, insist that the unit does not cut the roof and floor, strengthen the support management, ensure the support strength, and set up a full-time gangue picker at the working face. In order to improve the mine gangue discharge system, it is necessary to divide semi-coal rock excavation into excavation, sub-packaging and sub-transportation, and formulate targeted measures in special areas.

The third is to strengthen on-site management and start from the source of production links. The coal mining face should be operated in strict accordance with the operation procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to cross and leak gangue. Working face to formulate specific measures such as precipitation and ash reduction, strictly implement the provisions of the unit must stop water. The fourth is strict assessment, and the responsibility is implemented to people. At the same time, economic penalties will be imposed on units and unit leaders who violate the coal quality management system. The leading group for coal quality management shall organize coal quality management personnel to inspect and assess each production link every month, honor coal quality reward and punishment measures, and earnestly implement the responsibility for coal quality management to people. Intensify on-site coal quality surprise inspection, monitor three shifts, ensure that supervision is in place, report problems in time and put forward rectification opinions, resolutely stop the behavior of units and individuals that do not implement coal quality management measures, and severely investigate and deal with those that seriously affect coal quality. If the problem cannot be solved on site, it should be rectified within a time limit and followed up.

Fifth, strengthen coal quality inspection and grasp product quality information in time. Every time the heading face advances 100 meters, it is necessary to take a coal seam coal sample. When geological changes occur in the working face, coal samples must be taken every 20-30 meters, coal quality sampling records and laboratory ledgers should be established, coal quality information should be fed back to the coal quality leading group in time, and the coal quality situation should be reported at the daily production dispatching meeting, and suggestions on coal quality management should be put forward to realize timely feedback and implementation of coal quality information.
