It is said that the ancient plaques and couplets that are still hanging in Xiushan Park were collected by him at great risk during the "sweeping out the Four Olds", including Zhu Xi's "Songs and Bamboos Bad Spring" plaque. According to research by some insiders, the legendary Kan San is Kan Huatang, a former employee of the County Cultural Center.

Yao Guangheng - His home contains a manuscript of the "Xiushan Couplet Memorandum" from the Qianlong period, which is the earliest book recording the Xiushan Couplet. In 1982, the old man contributed this book. Later, Xiushan restored some precious couplets, all based on the records of this book.

Zhang Shichang - During the "Cultural Revolution", he took the risk to cover up the "Xiu Jia South Yunnan" plaque with the placard "Prosperity without destroying capital", and used a woodcut called "The Great Criticism" The "Yuxiufang" plaque was covered, thus preserving these two plaques.
