What is the construction scheme of ceiling plastering?

Ceiling plastering construction scheme:

(A) the operation process

Grass-roots treatment → water and wet the grass-roots level → find rules to make ash cakes → set up standard bars → make corner protectors for external corners → wipe bottom ash and medium ash → wipe windowsill, dado or baseboard → wipe surface ash → clean it up.

(2) Key points of construction

1. Find a pattern and make grey cakes. Based on a wall, measure the square first. If the room area is large, on the ground, the center line of the cross will pop up first, then the corner line will pop up on the ground according to the flatness of the wall foundation, and then the vertical line will pop up at the distance from the internal corner of the wall 100mm, and then the wall will be turned over according to the corner line popped up on the ground, and the wall plastering layer thickness control line (thickness including middle plastering) will pop up on both walls of the internal corner to determine the thickness of the standard ash cake.

The method of making ash cake is: make 50×50mm ash cake with 1: 3 cement mortar or 1: 3: 9 cement lime mortar at the height of the wall surface about 1.5m from the ground and at the internal corners on both sides of the wall surface 100-200mm, and then make the cake with a wire supporting plate or wire hammer. The distance between the ash cake and the ceiling and the ground is about 150 ~ 200 mm, and then it is nailed in the seam at both ends of the ash cake, tied to the nail with a string to draw a horizontal line, and the ash cake is supplemented every 1.2- 1.5m along the line.

(3) Plastering finish. Due to the rapid setting and hardening of gypsum, retarder should be mixed when plastering in a large area, and the dosage should be determined according to the test. Generally controlled within 15-20mm. The operation method is: two people stand on the same wall scaffold and operate at the same time. Starting from the left side of the wall, first wet the bottom ash with water, first wipe the lime putty with an iron trowel from bottom to top, and then scrape it from top to bottom, followed by the second person, sprinkling water with his left hand, flattening and polishing with a steel trowel with his right hand from bottom to top, and finally slightly watering and calendering until it is dense and smooth. When the wall is large, it is best for three people to work together, that is, to smooth, polish and calender continuously.
