What are the landmark buildings on the Beijing Sport University campus?

As a current student who has been studying at Beijing Sport University for two years, compared with most universities in Beijing, the landmark buildings on the campus are still very good. Let me take you to see it.

First stop: Comprehensive Hall

The Comprehensive Hall is the school’s largest basketball competition venue. It is located next to the Mao Gate. There is a side door next to it for entering and exiting the North Sports University. I was in my freshman year. When I was there, I watched the China-Australia basketball game in the general hall. The general hall is also the place where the school holds the opening ceremony and physical examination for freshmen. Many large-scale activities of the school are held here, and it is the activity center for college students. The stand is divided into two floors. There is an auxiliary hall next to it for badminton training. I had the opportunity to go in and learn about it when I was shooting individual moves. The picture of the comprehensive hall is also printed on the background image of our campus card.

Second stop: Road to Champions

More than 60 Olympic champions from BSU have left their own footprints on this road. BSU’s “Road to Champions” is The best inheritance of sportsmanship. Recently, Wu Dajing’s footprints will also join the ranks of the Champions Road. The Champions Road is a quiet path surrounded by vegetation and fountains in the middle of the North Sports Building. It is a good place for many BSU students to read in the morning and have English corners with classmates and friends. This road is located between the teacher's office, the swimming pool and the net complex. Every time I go to the venue for physical education class, I will see this road. It is one of the few good places in BSU where people can calm down.

The third stop: Yingdong Track and Field Field

The Yingdong Track and Field Field is the largest track and field field of BSU. Donated, it is a check-in point for many surrounding residents and students to run every morning. The annual sports meeting is held here. The Beijing Sports School Games, known as the Little Asian Games, shine in this track and field year after year. The fever continues. During last year’s meteor shower, the Yingdong Track and Field Field became a must-go spot for BSU students to check in on the meteor shower. At two or three in the morning, many people gathered at the Yingdong Track and Field Field to wait for the meteor shower to arrive.

Fourth stop: National Training Base

The National Training Base is a place for daily training for national athletes. It is also a venue with the most complete equipment and facilities. Many Olympic champions were born here. , I was lucky enough to see what it looked like inside during my two years at Beijing Sports. The slogans on the wall were very popular, and the people around me were training very hard. There is a circle of roses blooming around the national training base every year. Roses of various colors are clustered together. Many BSU people take photos in front of the flowers and post them on WeChat Moments. There are two huge fountains at the door, which look very grand and consistent with the overall architectural style. There is a sculpture holding a torch at the door, which means that the new Olympic stars are rising from here.
