You can still stay in the team! I can't stay in the team completely!

Whether you can stay in the team depends on whether you can pass the assessment of withholding officers and meet the relevant conditions for staying in the team.

What is a withholding order, petty officer?

After the end of two years, the army will organize conscripts who want to stay in the team to stop training and train some necessary skills and techniques to become the backbone of non-commissioned officers.

It can also be the exchange of management experience, the training of professional skills and so on.

Its main function is to make a conscript have some basic talents as a noncommissioned officer!

However, the training of withholding commanding officers is a short-term training, which lasts for 7 ~ 30 days, usually two weeks. Some units will also issue a certificate of training for withholding officers, which is suitable for getting on the right track!

But whether you can stay in the team is generally selected from good soldier who graduated from these noncommissioned officers.

In other words, if you want to stay in the team, except for a few outstanding ones, you must have the training of withholding officers.

At the same time, you should also participate in the corresponding assessment of staying in the team.

Usually, the procedure for the evaluation of staying in the team is:

1, individual application

The individual submits a written application to the party branch of the company to discuss the motivation of staying in the team and the plan after staying in the team.

2. Organize recommendation

After receiving the application for staying in the team, the party branch of the company will hold a military meeting to stop the assessment of the reserve players. As long as they pass the democratic assessment, they will have the opportunity to be introduced.

3. Participate in the same subject assessment organized by regimental units and the professional assessment organized by the company.

Usually, units above the regimental level will reserve a list of players after the company goes to work, and organize reserve soldiers to stop taking exams in the same subject, mainly physical fitness, military skills and corresponding regulations.

* * * After the examination of the same subject, the relevant company will stop the professional examination. If it is a simple noncommissioned officer's command, the assessment of teaching and weapon operation of the same subject in military affairs will be stopped.

4. In some highly competitive positions, the interview will be stopped.

5. The human resources department of the regiment stops sorting according to the quota issued by the superior unit, and reports to the chief officer of the regiment level unit for approval to stay in the regiment.

6. Give orders to the company to stay in the team. Usually, the promotion order of non-commissioned officers is issued within 3 ~ 10 days after veterans leave the army.
