5. 1 General

5. 1. 1 This standard adopts the limit state design method based on probability theory, measures the reliability of structural members with reliability indicators, and calculates with the design expression of partial coefficients.

5. 1.2 The load-bearing structure is designed according to the limit state of bearing capacity and the limit state of normal use; All structures or members shall be calculated according to the load design value; For structures or members that need to control the deformation value in use, deformation checking calculation should be carried out, and the corresponding load standard value should be adopted in checking calculation.

5. 1.3 The safety level of outdoor billboard structure can be divided into three levels:

A) The safety level of outdoor billboards with service life of 65,438+00 and above shall be Grade I;

B) Set the safety level of outdoor billboards for more than 5 years as Grade II;

C) Outdoor billboards with a service life of no more than 5 years shall have a safety level of Grade III.

5. 1.4 The bearing capacity design of outdoor billboard structural members shall adopt the following limit state design expressions:

γ0s≤S………( 1)

R=R(? c,? (2)

Among them:

γ0—— the importance coefficient of structural members. For billboards with safety level of 1.1∽1.2, billboards with safety level of 2 shall not be less than 1.0 and billboards with safety level of 3 shall not be less than 0.9;

5. 1.5 For the limit state of normal use, structural members should be checked according to the standard combination and quasi-permanent combination of load effects respectively, and the deformation should not exceed the corresponding specified value. The standard combination and quasi-permanent combination of load effects shall be calculated according to the provisions of GB 50009 and GB 500 1 1.

When 5.3.4.3 is not sure whether the foundation is permeable, for other load combinations, permeable or impermeable conditions should be adopted, and the most unfavorable conditions should be taken.

Note: Low water level refers to the water level that is often maintained in dry season.

5.3.5 The standard value of wind load per unit area acting on the height Z of outdoor billboard structure Wk = β gzμ s μ zwo ........................... (3)

Among them:

Wk—— standard value of wind load, in kn/m2;

5.3.6 The wind-induced vibration effect caused by pulsating wind should be considered in the structure of landing billboards, which can be ignored when the basic natural vibration period of the structure is less than 0.25s ... The billboards on the building wall should be integrated with the building to consider the influence of wind vibration. The billboard on the roof of a building should not only consider the wind-induced vibration influence of the whole building, but also independently consider the basic natural vibration period of the billboard itself to check its wind-induced vibration influence.

5.3.7 The calculation of earthquake action can refer to GB 500 1 1.

5.3.8 The outdoor billboard structure in Beijing area must be designed for earthquake resistance, especially the roof billboards and wall billboards of high-rise and multi-storey buildings should consider the earthquake action at the same time as the buildings. For the cantilever truss, cantilever beam and other cantilever structures of billboards, vertical earthquake action should also be considered.

5.3.9 When the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees and 8 degrees respectively, and the standard value of the static bearing capacity of the foundation is greater than 80kPa and 100kPa respectively, and the height is less than 25mm, the seismic section checking can be omitted, and only the requirements of the seismic structure can be met.

If the panel is long, lateral support should be added in the middle.

Lateral stability should be considered in the support of 5.4.5.5 support plate, and horizontal and vertical supports should be set between multiple supports to ensure the lateral stability of the supports and the overall stability of billboards.

When 5.4.5.6 outdoor billboard panels adopt membrane structure, the design of membrane structure should meet the requirements of membrane structure design standards. Pile foundation calculation can be carried out according to the provisions of JGJ94.

5.5.6 When embedded parts should be used between the billboard steel structure and the concrete structure, it is forbidden to use friction expansion bolts for anchoring. When installing special embedded parts unconditionally, other reliable connection measures should be taken, but they must be verified by force calculation and test to ensure safety.
