_Introduction to Ba National Wetland Park

_Ba National Wetland Park Wetland Park is an important part of the Ba ecological zone and even the wetland system of Xi'an City. It is located in the Ba River estuary delta area in the northeast of Xi'an. It is an inland river wetland with typical northwest estuary wetland characteristics. Compared with other areas in Xi'an, the water sources here are relatively abundant and the water resources are large, creating favorable conditions for the growth and reproduction of organisms, and making the wetland park one of the species-rich areas in Xi'an.

_Ba National Wetland Park covers an area of ??4,700 acres; it has four landmark buildings: the Origin Gate, the Science Museum, the Bird Watching Tower, and the Wetland Water Street; it is divided into "wild area, exquisite area, fashion area, river "District" four major display sections. According to different functions, each section is distributed with six landscapes and ten experience projects. The park has three service areas: Huaxi Teahouse, Zishui Pavilion, and Jiaguoyuan, providing tourists with rest, catering, retail and other services. In the Wetland Park, you can enjoy flowers in spring, lotus flowers in summer, and pick hundreds of fruits in autumn. Lively scenes full of life change with the seasons.

The park’s water surface area is more than 2,400 acres, coming from the Ba River. After being purified layer by layer through the water intake, grit pond, artificial wetland, planting pond, and water outlet, it returns to the Bahe River. Reeds, cattails, spring onions and other aquatic plants grow in the planting pond. The core technology is sodium bentonite waterproof blanket technology, which not only effectively prevents water leakage, but also does not penetrate plant roots and does not affect plant growth. This technology has been widely used throughout the wetland park.

_Ba National Wetland Park has a large water area, which provides a good habitat for animal breeding. It is the central route of one of China's three major migratory birds, so many wild waterbirds live in this area. There are 200 species of animals in this area, including more than 100 species of birds. As the seasons change, birds such as egrets, cormorants, and mergansers have taken up residence one after another, and rare birds such as black storks, white spoonbills, Chinese climbers, and water pheasants have appeared in the park. The excellent ecological environment attracts a large number of migratory birds, some of which have become resident birds in the wetland park.
