XVII. The owners' committee shall announce the property management fee, the budget and usage of the public maintenance fund and the assessment report of the property service enterprise to all owners.

chapter iv payment of property service fees

XXIX. Other clauses
Individual owners or owners' groups, owners' committees and realty service enterprises may solve the acts violating the Convention through legal proceedings according to the provisions of this Convention.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
3. If there is any provision in this Convention that conflicts with the mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, the provision shall be invalid, but the validity of other provisions shall not be affected.
