The cultural relics bought in the stalls are illegal. It is illegal to buy national first-class cultural relics from anywhere. It is definitely illegal to resell cultural relics prohibited by the state. The so-called reselling of cultural relics, such as stone statues and bronzes, is prohibited by the state, and private auctions and transactions are not allowed. Citizens, legal persons and other organizations shall not buy or sell the following cultural relics:

1, state-owned cultural relics, except those permitted by the state;

2. Precious cultural relics in non-state-owned collections;

3 murals, sculptures, building components, etc. Among the state-owned immovable cultural relics, murals, sculptures and building components are excluded. State-owned immovable cultural relics dismantled according to law shall be collected by cultural relics collection units;

4. Cultural relics obtained by citizens, legal persons and other organizations through legal channels whose sources do not meet the relevant provisions.

Article 56

Cultural relics shops shall not sell or auction enterprises shall not auction cultural relics as stipulated in Article 51 of this Law.

The cultural relics auctioned by auction enterprises shall be audited by the cultural relics administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government before the auction, and reported to the cultural relics administrative departments of the State Council for the record.
