Some of your problems are problems with the App itself, and some are problems with the German backend. The best suggestion is to send an email to connecteddrive@bmw.com.cn to solve the problem. Telephone feedback is not very efficient. After all, the 400 telephone customer service and the personnel responsible for handling connected driving emails have different professional capabilities in this regard. Through email, we need customers to provide user names and passwords to view data in the background.

Activation issues? At present, more than 90% of dealers delay reporting to retail, which affects activation. There will be a major change in mid-2020, and customers can quickly activate services.

The problem of long remote command execution time is an old problem. There is currently no good solution to this problem. Due to hardware limitations, it is in the top 3? problem list every year, and the connected driving department has been promoting it.

Status display problem: This currently does not support real-time updates. The status must be updated about 10 minutes after the car is stopped and the engine is turned off.
