Requirements for handover and commissioning of new wells The main contents and precautions for handover of drilling and completion unit (Party B) to oil production unit (Party A) are as follows: 1. Data handover: all the data, including completion data, perforation data, formation layering data sheet, logging interpretation result chart, sealing quality inspection chart, standard electrical logging chart, formation pressure data, induced injection data, etc. (1) Perforation data should be made clear: perforation date and mode, gun type, perforation horizon, number and density of perforation holes, number of projectiles, mud killing time, water displacement and mud displacement of perforated wells through tubing (displacement water, depth of personnel in mud displacement tubing, outlet water quality when mud displacement is stopped). (2) The data of induced injection include: induced injection date, casing and tubing ejecta, oil pressure, casing pressure, injected oil quantity, water cut, induced injection time, etc. (3) Gas-lift data include: gas-lift date, gas-lift pressure of air compressor, gas-lift time, ejecta during gas-lift, gas-lift oil output and situation, oil pressure, casing pressure, etc. (4) Formation pressure data: 3% wells are selected for equidistant sampling to measure the original formation pressure before the oil wells in the new area and newly developed strata are put into production. 2. The main problems existing in the process of drilling and completion should be explained in detail and written materials should be provided. 3. Oil, gas and water are leaking out of the casing, the equipment of the Christmas tree is not complete, the gate and connecting parts are leaking, the elevation of the casing four-way (or three-way) is not up to the requirements, and the installation direction and verticality of the Christmas tree are not up to the required standards, so Party B must make rectification before handover. 4. After the consent of both parties, the handover book can take effect only after being signed. Before the oil well is put into production, the handover contents of well site process flow, equipment and pipeline flow from oil well to metering station and transfer station: (1) The construction unit shall provide design drawings and as-built drawings to the oil production unit before and after construction. (2) In the process of construction, the oil production unit should have special personnel to attend, often know the construction quality and cooperate with the construction. (3) The oil production unit shall participate in the inspection and acceptance of the construction project, and according to the design drawings and technical standards, the concealed works, pipeline anticorrosion, heat preservation, pipeline trench laying, pipeline tightness inspection, strength pressure test, soil recovery, etc. shall be inspected according to the working procedure. If the previous working procedure is unqualified, it shall be rectified immediately, otherwise the next working procedure shall not be carried out. (4) When the oil and water well system project centered on the metering station is completed and put into production, the relevant personnel of the oil production unit and the construction unit will form a trial production team to do a good job in trial production. For the above work, each oil production team should have a technician or technician who is responsible for on-site tracking, supervising the quality and safety of perforation, fracturing, pumping, capital construction and production of new wells, and implementing the management measures of "three clarifications and four non-connections" (three clarifications: the drilling well number and drilling progress are clear; Perforation horizon and injection replacement are clear; The working procedure of new well and the pumping situation are clear. 4. No connection: No connection if the drilling well number and perforation horizon are inconsistent with the design scheme; Mud density does not meet the construction design; The completion casing of water injection well is not connected when the pressure test is 15．MPa and the pressure stabilizing time is less than 3min; Pumping unit installation can not meet the "five-rate" standard.
