What are the eight prohibitions of forklift trucks?

1. Forklift trucks are strictly forbidden to stay on the road;

Forklift is an industrial handling vehicle, which refers to various wheeled handling vehicles used for loading and unloading pallet goods, stacking and short-distance transportation. The International Organization for Standardization calls it an industrial vehicle. It is often used to transport large objects stored, usually driven by fuel engines or batteries.

The technical parameters of forklift are used to express the structural characteristics and working performance of forklift. The main technical parameters are: rated lifting weight, load center distance, maximum lifting height, gantry inclination, maximum driving speed, minimum turning radius, minimum ground clearance, wheelbase, wheel track, etc.

"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" Article 3 The production (including design, manufacture, installation, renovation and maintenance, the same below), use, inspection and inspection of special equipment and its supervision and inspection shall abide by these regulations, unless otherwise stipulated in these regulations.

These regulations do not apply to the safety supervision of military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, railway locomotives, offshore facilities and ships, as well as special equipment used underground in mines and special equipment for civil airports.

The supervision and management of the installation and use of hoisting machinery and special motor vehicles in housing construction sites and municipal engineering sites shall be implemented by the construction administrative departments in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.

Article 14 Units that manufacture, install and transform boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and their safety accessories and safety protection devices, units that manufacture pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, compensators and safety protection devices for pressure pipelines (hereinafter referred to as pressure pipeline elements), and units that manufacture and transform special motor vehicles in the field (factory) shall be approved by the safety supervision and administration department of special equipment in the State Council.

The manufacturing, installation and transformation units of special equipment mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall meet the following conditions:

(a) there are professional and technical personnel and skilled workers who are suitable for the manufacture, installation and transformation of special equipment;

(2) Having the production conditions and testing means suitable for the manufacture, installation and transformation of special equipment;

(three) a sound quality management system and responsibility system.
