Zhu Dongya, male, Han nationality, born in August 1966, joined the Party in April 1988, started working in July 1988, and has an on-the-job postgraduate degree. He currently serves as deputy mayor of Xinxiang Municipal Government, Henan Province, director and inspector general of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

The Xinxiang Municipal Public Security Bureau has four departments, seven detachments and one school. It has jurisdiction over 14 directly affiliated police stations and 8 county (city) public security bureaus, with a total police force of nearly 5,000. The four departments and seven detachments and one school are: Police Department, Political Department, Supervision Department, Security Department and National Security Anti-Terrorism, Public Security and Immigration Management, Special Police, Criminal Investigation, Network Security and Technical Investigation, Traffic Management, and Prison Management Detachments.
