Who is the commander of the major project headquarters in Bishan District?

On March 3rd, 2022, Borui think tank, as one of the key consulting units, was invited to the Bishan District Government Building to participate in the work promotion meeting of Chongqing New Airport Airport Airport Economic Zone.

Where is the meeting place?

In order to speed up the construction of Chongqing Airport Airport Economic Zone, the party and government leading group in Bishan District set up a corresponding project headquarters to be responsible for the command and overall planning of major projects, aiming at strengthening planning and research, establishing a coordination mechanism, strengthening the construction of airport think tanks, promoting land acquisition and demolition, building a collection and distribution system, promoting the construction of supporting facilities, accelerating the construction of flower and tree industrial parks, promoting the landing of agricultural and cultural tourism projects, improving industrial support policies and increasing industrial cultivation.

The meeting was presided over by Liu Zhaokui, commander of the project headquarters, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, director of the United Front Work Department and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the District Political Consultative Conference. Chen Wen, deputy commander, vice chairman of the CPPCC District, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Emergency Bureau, the lead unit Chongqing Foreign Construction (Group) Co., Ltd., the district development and reform commission, the district planning and natural resources bureau, the district cultural tourism commission and other government departments, streets and towns, as well as China Aviation Planning and Design Institute and Zhongcheng Institute attended the meeting.

Where is the meeting place?

At the working meeting, all participating units spoke enthusiastically. Standing Committee member Liu Zhaokui inquired and listened to the difficulties and suggestions of the participating units on the preliminary work, and gave the working ideas and basic directions in a targeted manner. In the project, Borui think tank undertook three research tasks: research on the integration of agriculture, tourism and culture in Bishan District, research on the context of Bishan District, and research on the iterative updating of the airport economic zone in Bishan District, and exchanged speeches at the meeting in combination with its own work. The meeting sorted out the problems and exchanged opinions on the project work in March, which pointed out the direction for the next step.
