When will the creation of a civilized city in Luohe end?

Luohe Culture Creation is from September to December 2022. As of February 16, 2023, Creation has ended, and Luohe has been successfully selected as a National Civilized City. The National Civilized City mainly conducts evaluation and selection based on the "National Civilized City Evaluation System" and the "National Evaluation System for the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors", and takes the evaluation of the ideological and moral construction of minors as a prerequisite for applying for the National Civilized City. The evaluation results are sorted separately and calculated as a percentage. Those with a score lower than 85 points cannot participate in the national civilized city application. At the same time, this score is included in the total score of the national civilized city at a rate of 20%.
