1) Patients with suspected brain injury are not allowed to change the position of the head at will, hold the head and observe whether the pupils are dilated. If the pupil is free, it proves that there is brain damage. If the pupil is normal and there is normal light reflection, it means that there is no obvious head injury.

2) Chest injury: organic lesions in the chest, such as chest rupture, lung injury, rib fracture, etc. , are not suitable for squeezing. Once pressed, it will aggravate the condition and cause symptoms such as pneumothorax and intrathoracic hemorrhage.
