1. East Ring Road (including ), to the north of South Ring Street (inclusive), to the east of West Second Ring Road (inclusive), and to the south of Beihuan Street (inclusive).

Yingbin Avenue (from the west exit of Changzhi Expressway to Beizhai intersection), Binhu Avenue (from Taihang West Street to Shanghancun intersection), Changbei Shinkansen (from Beihuan West Street to the T-shaped intersection of Zhangzhou Circuit) , Old Changhu Road (Hukou Overpass to Jijiazhuang Intersection of S325 Provincial Road); Yingxiong South Road (original Jiazhuang Intersection to Xijiazhuang Intersection in Shangdang District), Wuzhen Street, East Ring Road Overpass, and Luyangmen Road Overpass Bridge, Changhoku Shinkansen Overpass Bridge.

(2) Traffic Prohibited Time

The above areas and road sections are closed to traffic throughout the day.

Travel sections and times for heavy and medium-sized urban logistics distribution trucks with two or four axles (inclusive)

(1) Traffic sections

Donghuan Road, Nanhuan Street , West Second Ring Road, Beihuan Street, Yingbin Avenue, Changbei Shinkansen, Yingxiong South Road (original Jiazhuang intersection to Xijia intersection in Shangdang District), Wuzhen Street.

(2) Passage time

Passage is allowed from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day.

(1) Prohibited areas

West of Luyangmen Road (inclusive), Baoning All roads in the area south of Men Road (inclusive), east of Weiyuan Men Road (inclusive), and north of Jiefang East and West Street (inclusive).

(2) Traffic prohibition time

1. Yingxiong Road (Jiefang East and West Street to Baoningmen Street), Taihang East and West Street (East Ring Road to West Second Ring Road), all It is forbidden to pass.

2. Other roads in this area are closed to traffic from 7:00 to 22:00 every day.

4. Detour routes for heavy and medium-sized trucks

1. Vehicles from Huguan County heading to Shangdang District, Lucheng District, Changzi County, and Xiangyuan County should bypass G207 and G208 National highway, Changzhi Ring Expressway.

2. Vehicles traveling from Shangdang District to Tunliu District, Lucheng District, and Xiangyuan County should bypass G207, G208 National Highway, and Changzhi Ring Expressway.

3. Vehicles from Tunliu District heading towards Licheng County, Pingshun County and Huguan County should detour from G207, G208, G309 and G341 national highways.

4. Vehicles from Licheng County and Lucheng District heading to Shangdang District, Tunliu District and Changzi County should bypass G207, G208, G309 National Highway and Changzhi Ring Expressway.

5. Transit vehicles can bypass Changjin, Taichang, Changhan, Changzhi Ring Expressway and other expressways.

5. Relevant matters

For freight vehicles that really need to enter prohibited areas or road sections, they must apply for a motor vehicle pass from the public security and traffic management department. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice will be punished by the public security and traffic management department in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Implementation Measures of Shanxi Province", etc. Relevant provisions shall impose penalties in accordance with the law.

Note: Urban logistics distribution trucks refer to vans and enclosed trucks engaged in cargo transportation services within urban areas, excluding dangerous goods transport vehicles and engineering transport vehicles.
