(2) Non-motor vehicles: On the road sections with separation facilities between motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles should slow down in non-motor vehicle lanes or be implemented on sidewalks, except for some road sections where traffic in the same direction is prohibited; Non-motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through the road sections without isolation facilities between motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, but if there are central isolation facilities, non-motor vehicles can pass through the non-motor vehicle lanes opposite to the athletes' direction of travel.

(3) Vehicles are allowed to cross the competition route under the command of the police on duty, provided that the normal competition of athletes is not hindered.
