Why do restaurants and some food bags say halal?

Marking halal means telling guests who have recently stayed in this hotel that this hotel is an Islamic hotel. First, let believers who also believe in Islam know the nature of the hotel. The other is to tell guests not to violate Islamic taboos (eating pork and drinking alcohol) in hotels.
