Recommendations:

1. The working group needs to assign a dedicated person to be responsible for the sanitation of the venue to avoid slippery conditions, bottles and other garbage left in the venue and causing injuries to athletes.

2. The referee team needs to clearly divide their respective responsibilities and formulate dispute resolution methods; recorders and other personnel should be arranged in place; the working group should arrange the schedule and events.

3. Arrange personnel to organize the entry and exit of spectators in an orderly manner. Spectators are not allowed to be too close to the stadium to avoid affecting the quality of the game. Is it necessary to arrange related drinking water, dining and other issues?

4. The medical team should formulate an emergency treatment plan to avoid sports accidents.

5. Publicity work, production of banners, slogans, advertising sponsorship labels, etc.

6. Have dedicated personnel collect and retain relevant photographic data.
