1. Basic information

(1) Disaster-prone environment

The Hongbai section spans a number of tectonic units, which are developed on the northwest and southeast sides. Beichuan-Yingxiu fault and Jiangyou-Guanxian fault are densely distributed in the middle, and many faults occur in parallel, which are cut by later translational faults, forming a network distribution grid

this area belongs to the cutting landform of Zhongshan valley, with large elevation difference and steep terrain. The valley is mostly V-shaped, with a tree-shaped water system. The water level changes with the seasons, and it rises and falls steeply due to heavy rain in flood season.

the vegetation coverage rate in this area is about 7%, which is partly affected by human engineering activities, with vegetation destruction and serious soil erosion.

This area has steep terrain, strong geological structure, frequent mining engineering activities, concentrated and strong rainstorm, and strong flood erosion. Especially after the "5.12" earthquake, geological disasters are easily induced and produced in this area, so special attention should be paid to the areas along Guangqing Road, Zhaojiaping landslide, Yuejiashan mudslide and dry land. Geological disasters in this area are characterized by many types, large scale, poor stability and difficult control, which seriously endanger mining production, agricultural and forestry production, traffic construction and the safety of workers and residents.

2. Hongbai Town is a high-risk area of geological disasters

This area is distributed along Shiting River and Tongxi River, and the rock mass is broken due to regional geological structure, with poor integrity and stability. The loose deposit of residual slope is thick, and the rivers and water levels rise and fall sharply in flood season, which is easy to cause landslides. We should pay close attention to the potential collapse of the chair frame, the potential landslide of Shigangping and the landslide of Zidixiao in Jinhe Phosphate Mine. The cracks in Qujia mountain area are a precursor of large-scale landslide, which should be paid attention to.

3. Xiamakou area prone to geological disasters

Dangerous slopes in the newly-built section of Hongzhong Highway, dangerous slopes in the newly-built section of Hongjin Highway, and mudslides in the area of Huatoujian-Hongxing Coal Mine, etc.

The occurrence of geological disasters in the above districts is obviously seasonal, and rainfall and rainfall intensity are the main factors inducing geological disasters. The occurrence of geological disasters is mainly concentrated in the flood season from June to September, so special attention should be paid to the influence of regional rainstorm and local rainstorm from the end of June to the first half of September on this area, which may induce large-scale geological disasters in this area.

4. Relocate the residents in the upper part of the goaf and the subsidence affected area.

(2) debris flow in Yuejiashan

1. First, it is required to control the landslides and collapses in the upstream formation area of debris flow, prevent loose residual slope deposits on both sides of the river from silting up the river, and cut off the material sources of debris flow.

2. Clean up the loose deposits that have been silted in the river channel to ensure the smooth flow of water and avoid the direct erosion of slope deposits by floods.

3. Wedge-shaped diversion dike should be built in front of important building facilities to prevent direct impact by debris flow.

4. Shut down illegal small mines in the area.

5. When no control works are carried out, it is recommended to give priority to avoidance. It is suggested to relocate residents in the debris flow affected area and prohibit the construction of permanent buildings in this area.

6. The emergency route should be evacuated from the middle to both sides, and the roads should be kept clear at any time.

7. During the flood season, the rain, water level and mud level should be on full-time duty and observed regularly to form a data system. And report it regularly.

(3) debris flow at Huatoujian

1. Improve the group prevention and monitoring system, and there should be special personnel to observe the rain and mud level changes for a long time.

2. To control the landslide near the watershed, we can change the slope into a ladder, plant grass on the slope, and stabilize the slope foot to prevent a large number of loose objects from silting up the river.

3. Drainage should be adopted in the blocked section of the river, and trees and grass should be planted on the rock slope to reduce soil erosion.

4. Retaining walls are set up in runoff zones to reduce the impact of debris flow step by step.

(4) Group 4 of Songlin Village in Hongbai Town to Muguaping Village

After the "5.12" earthquake, a geological disaster zone was formed in this area. Although all the villagers in this village have moved to the market town area of Hongbai Town for temporary resettlement, it also seriously affected the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
