Article 7 Participants in litigation shall abide by the rules of the court and maintain the order of the court, and shall not make noise or make noise; Speech, statement and debate must be approved by the presiding judge or the sole judge.

Article 8 Citizens may attend in public cases; According to the venue of the court and the number of people attending the audit, when necessary, enter the court with a side hearing issued by the people's court.

the following persons are not allowed to attend:

(1) minors (except those approved by the court)

(2) mental patients and drunken people;

(3) other people who are not suitable to attend;

article 9 observers must observe the following disciplines.

(1) No audio recording, video recording or photography;

(2) Do not walk around and enter the trial area at will;

(3) No speeches or questions;

(4) Don't clap, make noise, make noise or commit other acts that hinder trial activities.

Article 12 Those who disturb the court order seriously, such as disturbing the court, attacking the court, insulting, slandering, threatening or beating the judges, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law;

Article 13 Compulsory measures shall be taken against those who violate the rules of the court, which shall be executed by the judicial police.

article 15 these rules shall come into force as of January 1, 1994, and the court rules of the people's courts of the people's Republic of China (for trial implementation) shall be abolished at the same time.
